I play on the Faltha server, the Frosty server has recently opened. Their server time does not match ours. On Faltha, all sorts of bonuses such as additional free VNS are received at 15:00, 21:00 and 00:00, on the Frosty server at 13:00, at 19:00 and at 22:00, and at 12:00 the boss wakes up on Faltha

At first, you are given light and weak heroes who are easy to beat, and the further you go, the more difficult it becomes. Here you need mastery of tactics: to predict when it is better to take from units, and in what order to kill them. As a reward you receive artifacts, books, creature cards and money: gold and manna from heaven. Heavenly manna is given for completing 3 castles (150 units), 6 castles (200), etc. With this currency you can buy something in the shop of the heavenly arena.

The game has the concept of experience. Your account experience and unit experience. Experience is gained after battles and completing tasks. There are daily and main tasks.

Units are summoned using cards or obtained as a bonus in a fountain or daily bonuses. or drop out in the heavenly arena. Some are very difficult to catch. Basically you need to go through locations to collect cards. It can be difficult. Some can have 80 pieces.

To assemble a unit, you need to go through locations in legend mode. There are 3 modes in total: warriors, legends and heroes.

1. Warriors. Here are the simplest locations, 6 VNS are spent, artifacts, money and experience are gained for units.

2. Legends. It's more fun here. In addition to the above, unit cards are collected here. Battles are possible 3 times per day at each location. You can make raids. Cards don't always come out. It happens that out of three battles not a single card will fall out, and it happens (but very rarely) when they give 3 cards for 3 battles

3. Heroes. This mode is significantly different. Not immediately available

Each mode has chapters that look identical in appearance. Basically, divided into 6 locations. The first 6 locations are the first chapter, then the second, then the third, and so on. IN heroic mode The same locations are passed through, but under different conditions: in the first chapter all your units are level 1 without skills, in the second: all are level 10 with minimal skills, in the third all are level 20, in the fourth are all level 35. Outfits can be enchanted. This gives a small bonus to what the artifact gives. They are also divided into magic levels (1,3,5..) To cast a spell on the first level you need 20 magic points, on the third 120. When all the items are collected, you can upgrade the character. It's getting steeper again. Heroes also have color. The very first gray one. After a set of clothes, it becomes green, then green with a silver frame, then blue, then blue with silver, blue with gold, purple, then purple with a silver frame, then with a gold frame.

In addition, each character has skills. At the green level, the second skill is available, at the blue level - the third, and at the purple level the fourth. Basically, the last one is the most recent.

The number of squares a unit moves is called mobility. It also affects the pain of the battle. Whoever has more mobility goes first. The level of the unit is also taken into account. Some creatures have a bonus - increased mobility (centaur, minotaur in the first round, pei in subsequent rounds), some like a droplet or zia can freeze, and the unit will move last and much slower

This is what a boss fight looks like. Quite a complicated thing. In addition to the octopus, there are also fish that get in the way. By killing fish, you earn chests, but you deal less damage to the boss. The more damage you deal to the boss, the more gold you will receive

There is also an Arena in the game. 5 tickets per day are given, with a minimum time of one battle to another 10 minutes. There you try to increase your rating by choosing an opponent. The game is interesting due to its variety of characters and tactics. Each hero has its own feature and is not replaceable, and the main gameplay is very similar to Heroes 3! In the first version, the artifacts were taken from the same place, but since then the icons have already been changed three times, which, of course, saddens and complicates the game process. But the houses haven’t changed yet, and they still look very similar to the heroes of 3! In general, the toy is very interesting and quite addictive. The only negative is that it eats up the battery on your phone. But, they say, you can put an Android simulator on your computer, and it’s called bluestacks. I haven't tried it, I don't know. Well, it also only works with the Internet.

IN last years there is a strong feeling that soon it will be possible not to make reviews, but simply point a finger at the games from which they were “made” new game and say - we take this, we remove it here, we add from here, here is a new game. This is if the developers are not completely lazy, because there are a lot of games, and even successful ones, that are essentially no different at all, except for the name and pictures. But is it worth it to play a new game just to change pictures? Tea is not Van Gogh’s paintings or Konstantin Vasiliev’s to admire...

In general, today we have another hybrid of two cult games, both of which have the word heroes in their name - these are heroes of might and magic (which also have a lot of online variations, for example -. The hybrid, by the way, is quite viable, and interesting mainly because this is the first time I personally have come across a game on Android with full step-by-step tactical map battle, that is, you can choose whether to rush forward or sit waiting, cover the archers or rush.

Actually, the system of character development and even the general arrangement of locations almost completely copies heroes charges, that is, we hire hero after hero (not stacks of a large number of warriors, but mercenaries), collecting their soul stones, and then gradually equip them, according to the standard scheme - we fill 6 cells, increase the quality and do a new one. Also, don’t forget to upgrade your skills with money.

And the layout of the locations is also similar - there is an arena, a fountain of wishes as an analogue of chests, a tower of heroes as an analogue of tests.

But most of the time, as usual, we go through mission after mission, first the ordinary ones, knocking out the necessary items, or in the elite ones, in addition to the items, we also knock out soul stones in order to collect new heroes.

It is curious that the starting, easily assembled heroes completely repeat the knight branch in the MiM heroes, only instead of units with different characteristics, we hire single mercenaries of approximately equal strength - an archer, a man-at-arms, a griffin, a knight, instead of a monk, a monk, however, the girl is a nun. True, their skills have changed a little, although they have largely retained their roots.

Combat system

According to the combat system, they are typical MiM heroes, but with peculiarities. So, we have a battle map divided into cells along which we can move our characters to kill the enemy and protect ours. In general, the system is classic - there are fast creatures that fly far and hit pretty well, that is, a griffin, there is a slow and sad man-at-arms, but with good defense, there are two warriors ranged- archer and nun - priestess Elena, there is a knight who deals increased damage with a running strike. And so on, which forces you to think through battle tactics - when is it better to cover your archer and sit on the defensive, when to rush, and when to just wait for the enemies to come within striking distance and bring them down.

One of the important differences is that the skills have become activated, and not randomly triggered, and they are activated according to a painfully familiar pattern - the hero has gained rage, his icon has a golden halo, which indicates that a special skill can be activated. For example, a man-at-arms has a stun skill, and unlike the original game, he can stun from a distance, launching a shield and thereby also causing damage. The nun now heals every few turns, but her main skill deals good damage. However, almost all skills cause damage in one way or another, and the higher the skill level of the heroes, the higher the damage.

Summary, review

Overall, the game is quite good, well thought out, and even plays on a phone screen without any problems, although it would seem that the map should be small, but no, the balance is taken into account. At the same time, there is a tactical component; indeed, if you think about it, the chances of winning increase sharply, but you can turn on auto-battle and then the bots will play. However, it is almost impossible to knock out three stars with bots - the vulture flies forward and immediately dies, and 3 stars are needed to open an automatic passage - a raid. Raids with scrolls, knocked out or when purchasing a VIP.

The game, of course, is for thinking people, but there is a condition - for patient thinkers, since battles take certain time. And here comes the problem - battles without raid passes are really long, and repeated playthroughs are tedious in any case, so either donate or be a very patient player...

And yes, I personally wasn’t hooked and wasn’t carried away by the word at all. Out of politeness, I upgraded the heroes to level 23, brought them to blue quality, but I didn’t see anything in the game that would force me to stay - yes, it’s interesting, but nothing more.

Having reached level 20, you will be able to both create and join existing guilds (each guild has a unique ID). Guild- this is a place where you can communicate with other players through correspondence - regardless of the difference in level, as well as hire other people's characters and rent out your own - using the Hero Exchange function.
A player, having earned 1 VNS in regular locations (i.e. Campaign), additionally gives 1 VNS to his guild. The daily limit of earned stamina cannot exceed 600 units. The maximum guild stamina limit is 200,000 VNS.

Hero Exchange Rules:

1). To earn some gold, send a hero to Exchange. Every time someone rents your hero, you will receive payment in the form of gold. Perhaps thanks to this, your guildmates will be able to complete more difficult levels and locations;
2). If you sent a hero for exchange, you can return him yourself only after 30 minutes;
3). The higher the hero’s rating, the more time he can spend on the Exchange;
4). The higher the hero's rating, the greater the income from the Exchange;
5). Important! Even after sending a hero to Exchange, you will still be able to use him in your battles (except for the Arena).

Renting your own characters:

In the Guild Shop you can purchase equipment of rare and epic quality, as well as dark essence (material for witchcraft), various cards characters (in stacks of 5) and experience books (in stacks of 20).
No more than 12 items can be sold at the Guild Shop at a time - 4 equipment, 6 stacks of cards, a dark essence and a stack of experience books. Updating the Shop costs 10 guild coins.
