Additional screams take a long time to recharge, but in terms of their power they simply have no equal. It is recommended to use a real weather cry, which is very effective, raises a real storm in the sky and really deals huge damage to Alduin. As practice has shown, it is very difficult to destroy the main dragon if it flies in the air. It is almost impossible to hit him with magic or arrows - you just need to use up all the ammunition. The only chance to destroy him is to periodically use the cry of the Dragonslayer, which can be done when he hovers in the air and douses the hero with liquid flame.
The shouting area is large, so it is very difficult not to hit the dragon. After this, the dragon will definitely sit on the ground, after which it can be killed with all available means, both magic and arrows, but swords and axes will be the most effective.
Thus, by periodically repeating this procedure and constantly healing, you can defeat this main dragon in the same way as ordinary ones, it will just take much more time, since it has a fairly large supply of health. Don't forget to save at the beginning and during the battle and use healing potions. That's it, the dragon is defeated, he is engulfed in flames and the main game task is completed.
