The Morph modification has a convenient menu and beautiful animation. Forget about crafting recipes and building huge complex mechanisms. The transformation mod is created for fun only. Capabilities

Characteristics and abilities are acquired after killing a mob and turning into it. On this moment Morph mod supports 11 abilities:

Ability to climb blocks. Copying a spider's ability to climb walls.

Disable fall damage.

Flight. Similar to Creative mode. Works in Vanilla Minecraft with mobs that fly.

Planning. In Vanilla there is only one mod that supports this and it's chicken. Instead of falling from the sky like a brick, you will slowly glide.

Immunity against fire. Many mobs have this ability, especially in Hell. After transforming into such a creature, you will receive complete immunity against the element of fire. And you can, for example, swim in lava without harm to your carcass.

Hostility. This thing must first be enabled in the config. Many hostile mobs in Minecraft will not attack you until you go first. For example, you turned into a skeleton and walk around whistling to Aguzarova next to the zombie, and he doesn’t even pay any attention to you. Only this does not apply to spiders and slugs.

Ability to swim. Breathing underwater and sometimes, on the contrary, suffocation if you are not in the water.

Burning in the sun. Like zombies and skeletons.

Allergy to water. You will take damage when you get wet. Just like Enderman, for example. Don't forget that you will get this ability after killing a mob and turning into it.

High step. Allows you to easily climb high blocks.

Resistance against poison.

Resistance against desiccation.

How to use the Morph mod

View previously used mob forms (that you have transformed into before) by pressing [ or ] on your keyboard. After clicking one of these buttons, a window will open. In it you can view mobs by scrolling up, down and, holding Shift, left and right. The mod should, in theory, eliminate the repetition of mobs, but in reality this is not guaranteed.

Select the shape you want to transform into using Enter or the left mouse button. Transforming from one mob to another takes approximately 4 seconds.

The form can be deleted by pressing Delete or Backspace. However, you cannot delete your original form or the one you are currently using.

The window with the selection of mob forms for transformation can be closed by pressing Esc or right click mice. It will also close itself if you open any other interface in Minecraft.

When you select a form, you can also add it to your favorites. To do this, select it and press ~. To open the favorites menu, you need to hold down ~.

How to install

1. Forge is required for your version of the game.
2. Download the mod for turning into mobs when killed in Minecraft (Morph Mod) 1.6.2 - 1.6.4
3. Transfer the archive with it to %appData%/.minecraft/MODS

If you would like to turn into a mob and receive its abilities, then the Advance Morphing mod will help you with this and you will have access to all the looks of mobs that are in Minecraft PE. To get the appearance of a mob, you must first defeat it, and then select it in a special menu appearance, as soon as you transform, you will immediately have all his abilities.

One more interesting feature Advance Morphing mod for Minecraft PE is the ability to save all the looks and change them whenever you want. For example, if you need to cross a river, you can turn into a chicken and fly over it, and if you need to climb a high, steep wall, then you won’t find anyone better than a cave spider for this task.

How to use the mod?

After installing the modification, a new button will appear on the game interface; it is located in the lower left corner. By clicking on it you will be taken to the mod menu, where you can turn on invisibility for hunting mobs and see full list available transformation options.

Next, find the mob you want to turn into and kill it. It is best to do this with the invisibility feature enabled, which is present in this modification, since then you will not be attacked in return.

For example, let's turn into a Resident, to do this we take the spawn egg and summon it, after which we just need to kill it and we will have the opportunity to turn into it.

Now we already have one skin for transformation and let's try to turn into a more dangerous enemy, for example a creeper. We call or find a creeper and kill him. Then we turn into him and try to blow something up.

Now you can try to turn into a spider to gain the ability to crawl along walls or sheer rocks. Thanks to this ability, we no longer need to look for workarounds or think about how to climb a tall building or structure in Pocket Edition.

In this article we will not consider various buildings, schemes, crafting and creativity of other players. Let's dwell a little on additional features, which can only be obtained using the console on special servers or through installing modifications. If you are tired of playing as your hero and want to try something new, then try playing as any of the monsters in the game. Below we will figure out how to turn into mobs in Minecraft with and without modifications.

Restrictions

First, it's worth addressing the limitations of using both methods.

Firstly, turning into mobs using codes can be either single player, or on a server where arbitrary use of the console is fully permitted. The third option is that you must be the administrator of this server.

The mod method also has limitations. For example, you can turn into a mob in Minecraft using add-ons only on offline servers or in a single player game. Because each server requires a specific version of the game that all players must use.

Instructions for the block method

To turn your hero into any of the game monsters, you need to register a whole series of blocks, which we will look at later.

Create 4 blocks with the following parameters. The first one should be /setblock ~ ~-1 ~redstone_block. Enter this command into the console and press Enter. Then enter the line /tp @e @p. After this, add two more commands: /effect @p 14 1000000 and /setblock ~ ~1 air.

Instead of "mob name" enter the name of the monster on English language. There are not many of them in the standard game without modifications. In Minecraft you can turn into a mob: CaveSpider, Chicken, Cow, Creeper, EnderDragon, Ghast, Pig, Sheep, Slime, Squid, Wolf, Zombie.

The simplest method

In a single player game, you can use even simpler instructions. For this method, you will need the list of monsters and beasts presented above. After that, go into the game and open the console. Enter the command /disguise or /d, and after a space write the name of the monster or animal in English. Then press Enter to apply the code. You will see the world in the same way as when playing as a regular character, and all other players (if you are on a server where free use of the console is allowed) will see you in mob form.

Modifications

We will look at two examples with which you can turn into a mob in Minecraft. The first modification is called Morph. With its help, players can take the form of any monster in the game. At the same time, you change the appearance, but retain all the features of the hero: breathing under water, flying, and so on.

This mod has one condition - you can turn into those animals that you killed. It works as follows. You need to install the add-on and enter the game. After this, you need to find the NPC and destroy him in any way. Now you can change the character's appearance by pressing the ]/[ keys. Using the Delete, Backspace, Enter keys you can delete or apply the transformation on yourself.

The second option is to install the “Transformation Mechanism” mod. On this map you will find a special device with which you can turn into mobs in Minecraft. In fact, the mod works with one trick: you stand near the desired cell with the name of the monster, press the lever. After this, the hero becomes invisible, and in his place an NPC appears, who is stuck in the character model. The result is that you move around invisible, but on the outside you look like a zombie, cow, chicken, or any other Minecraft resident!

Three different modes will give you an excellent opportunity to plunge into the boundless world of the game from the side that interests you most. You will play as a character called Steve. In addition to this, the world contains a huge variety of living creatures. You will meet both simple animals, such as pigs, and monsters, such as zombies and skeletons.

In the gameplay of the classic version of Minecraft, unfortunately, there is no opportunity to transform into another character. That's why skilled and passionate players have found other ways to do it.

At the moment there are two of them:

1. In a single player game and on servers that support this feature, using the console.

2. Various unofficial modifications developed by other players.

Quite simple - using the console. In this way, you can only transform in single player mode, or on a server that you created. This works extremely rarely on other servers: the server must be pirated and at the same time support the commands we need.

In order to transform into any monster or NPC, you need to open the console, in which you enter either “/disguise and the name of the selected mob,” or “/d and the name of the selected mob.” If you entered everything correctly, your character will be rendered as the monster you selected. However, the view of the game will remain the same, as from the perspective of a standard character. And your friends playing with you on the same server will see you as a mob.

How to turn into a mob using modifications?

There have long been a huge number of various modifications on the Internet. Including those with which you can turn your game character into one of any mobs available in the game. After downloading and installing such a modification, you can safely enter the game and become any mob you want.

Certain crafting recipes will become available to you, with the help of which you can accomplish your plans. If you want, become a creeper, if you want, become a skeleton, if you want, become a sheep, or even become a dragon! Modifications will give you and your friends the ability to transform on your server.

Organize entire multi-species battles using the basic characteristics of monsters.
