Due to the fact that the number of subscribers on my channel has reached 20.000, I, as promised, am organizing a competition, the main prize of which is Minecraft license.

To participate in this competition you need to build a Minecraft map to complete. What it should be is up to you to decide. I deliberately do not set boundaries so that your fantasies are not limited by anything.

To participate in the competition, you need:

1) Directly create the map itself and write in it on the plate:

2) After creating the map, place it in an archive and upload it to any free file hosting service. For example: Yandex Disk or RGhost

The huge world of one of the most famous sandboxes offers players hundreds of entertainments: build and destroy, plant and cook, fight or peacefully fish and... Whatever! A Minecraft-themed party is a great birthday gift that, albeit for a short time, will teleport the game universe into the real world! Or virtual guests?

Everything is simple even for those who are not familiar with the topic. However, the preparation will really take a lot of time - the lion’s share of the decorations will have to be done with your own hands. And even if it’s a children’s party in the Minecraft style, you shouldn’t relax, otherwise no one except the organizer will understand what kind of strange things are around.

Decor

Pixel graphics are a unique feature that creates a special atmosphere. The world consists of blocks, characters and objects look clumsy, there are no smoothed edges. The hue is made up of pixels: the yellow square is not solid, but is divided into smaller ones of different tones. This point should be clearly visible in the decor; there is no need to try to “improve the graphics.”

These same pixels will take a lot of time if you draw them manually. But technically it is simple and saves money. Within the budget plus, you can print the necessary textures and paste over the blanks, golden mean– we paint large decorations, print small ones.

For the most part, the decoration for a Minecraft-themed party consists of two types of elements:. Volumetric - foam cubes or boxes of any size. If it is corrugated cardboard, you should not paint on it; it will become deformed from moisture.

The second type is also paper/cardboard, but a flat sheet, with “ladder” edges or just squares that make up the overall picture. Flat decorations can be collected into garlands, hung on walls, glued to dishes, etc.

The main tones are green and black/brown, but against their background the whole spectrum emerges. There is so much in the universe, almost like real world. The proposed list of ideas can be easily continued by studying the Minecraft Wiki knowledge base.

• blocks of grass, earth, wood and other resources anywhere - cubes with a certain texture, like almost everything in this pixel world. Scatter them around the room, place them instead of chairs (poufs), assemble them into low tables for props or creative entertainment, use them as coasters for dishes;

• trees are flat near walls or voluminous anywhere. If you are throwing a Minecraft themed party for girls, fill the space with flowers (list, images in the database). You can grow cat grass in boxes and “plant” paper flowers in it;

• animals - wolves in red collars and pigs (of course!), sheep, chickens, ordinary horses and skeletons, a mushroom cow. Just anywhere and in groups on farms - pixel paddock, grass, etc. Next to the farm, make a couple of beds and “plant” onions, carrots, watermelons, mushrooms;

• people - villagers, Steve, any skins(images of human characters). Collect the faces into garlands, glue them on Balloons, dishes, tablecloth skirt;

• mobs that should be invited to a children's party in the Minecraft style: slug, zombie, spider, Ghast, Creeper, witch, Ender Silverfish, Ender Wanderer. The Wanderer (aka Enderman) is constantly stealing something, depict him with a block in his hands. A famous joke is an Enderman with a dandelion block (the most evil mob and such mi-mi-mi, gamers will appreciate it).

There are templates online for modeling three-dimensional cut-and-glue figures. You can collect small ones to decorate anything or draw a diagram on whatman paper for large monsters.

• print out the congratulatory inscription - there are many templates on the Internet in game fonts, with textures and characters. You can hang it at the entrance or decorate the tablecloth skirt;

• To make the atmosphere more festive, hang garlands. Release helium balloons to the ceiling, tie light multi-colored cubes or pictures of faces to their “tails.” Hang posters on the walls with views of picturesque locations, grandiose buildings, and funny scenes.

Invitations

A simple option is to print out icons of objects, mobs or character skins and glue them onto a blank postcard. It's not much more difficult to cut out a card in the shape of a Creeper, Steve, a sword, etc. Icons of flowers and peaceful animals for girls, the most terrible mobs and weapons for boys. Although many girls play in survival mode, so it’s in character.

Closer to Minecraft style - an invitation inside a block. You can print text on the outside and place round chocolate chip cookies inside. You’ll get a funny hint “Hurry up, we’re looking forward to it!” if you add a bottle of blue drink or a card with an icon of a speed up potion to the cookie.

Suits

If there is an active scenario at the party, Minecraft-themed costumes should be comfortable. You shouldn't dress your children in cardboard from head to toe, except for a photo shoot. It’s better to order or decorate T-shirts with a themed picture yourself:

• paint with acrylic on fabric using a stencil(poke with sponge). Acrylic dries quickly, so you can entrust this important task to guests right at the party. For children additional entertainment+ souvenir for memory;

• buy regular T-shirts or ask them to bring them in advance, decorate with appliqué from pieces of fabric, sew or glue on a web;

• use self-adhesive film to assemble a face like a mosaic from pieces of multi-colored film and sculpt it on clothes when guests arrive (ask them to wear something suitable).

It is better to choose T-shirts black, green, yellow or blue. But in general, any will do, because everyone’s characters are different.

An interesting option is Minecraft costumes from ordinary clothes, recreating the image. For example, for girls, a witch wears a purple dress and a black pointed hat. Or Gast - a gray light T-shirt and a skirt made of wide ribbons (paws) of the same fabric. For boys, any humanoid horror - the scarier it is, the more fun it is for them.

For a photo shoot, masks on sticks or elastic bands - any face - will be useful. Children with boxes on their heads look very funny - cut out holes for the eyes, glue on the texture of a skin or mob.

Don't forget weapons made of cardboard, polystyrene foam or other lightweight material so that the battles are safe (and there will certainly be battles, especially if it's a children's party). Weapons come in stone (gray), gold, wood and iron (silver), but the coolest is diamond. It is easily identified by its turquoise-blue pixel color.

Menu, serving

For serving you will need: a green tablecloth, artificial grass, transparent plastic boxes for bulk treats (penny ones, gift wrapping), square plates - you can order holiday sets in the Minecraft style through the network. There is food in the game, the characters have a hunger scale that needs to be replenished:

• medallions from any meat, chicken legs– this is for main course, if there are not only sweets;

• cookies instead of pumpkin pie - make “plates” with low sides from shortcrust pastry, put apricot jam and put them in the oven;

• stewed mushrooms - again cookies, with chocolate hats. Fly agarics made from eggs and tomatoes will fit;

• beetroot soup - smoothies, mousse and other delicate desserts of rich red color;

• golden apples and carrots - yellow marmalade in form, baked goods, sweets. Corn sticks will pass for carrots. You can buy yellow apples and baby carrots (like ARDO, small - perfect);

• Corus fruits are large purple grapes (disassembled bunches). For a laugh, put up a sign that says “Attention! Teleportation is possible!”;

• fish - buy a cracker in the form, cover it with glaze or chocolate (blue, red, red);

• the already mentioned round cookies with raisins or chocolate pieces;

• multi-colored dragees, marmalade, chocolate-covered nuts, candied fruits, depending on the color, will be resources - gold, diamonds, crystals and fragments, red dust. Prunes and dates are suitable as coal. Nuggets - irregularly shaped sweets, bars - chocolate, candies in wrappers of the desired color;

• birthday cake in Minecraft style - there is such food in the game too. It looks rustic: a dark sponge cake covered in white glaze with red “pixels” of fondant. But gamers will certainly appreciate such a surprise! You can order something more epic or serve two cakes, because the first one is very simple (it should at least be in the form of cakes).

An interesting idea is a cake made from portioned cubes of “earth, water, sand” and other edible blocks. And it’s convenient to eat, and it’s so on-topic that you can’t imagine anything better!

Print out icons of the food and resources you use to make cards/toppers.. There are many types of potions in Minecraft - buy drinks of suitable colors and stick on stylized labels (potions of invisibility, jumping ability, damage, etc.). The final design touch is figurines among real-virtual delicacies!

Entertainment

The essence of any sandbox is the absence of a linear scenario; no one leads by the hand from quest to quest. Therefore, there is no need for a Minecraft-themed party scenario, even if it is a children's party.

For the general outline, you can come up with something very simple, without long speeches from the presenter. For example, in our scenario, this will be a trip to The End location with the goal of destroying the End Dragon - the most epic mob!

An interesting addition to the scenario is a real craft table. A sheet lined into 9 cells and example diagrams showing how to lay out resources in order to get a certain present. Each gift has its own scheme. The more valuable the item (toys, souvenirs, chocolate, etc.), the more rare resources need to get it.

Resources – just pictures or matchboxes wrapped in self-adhesive. They are hidden throughout the room here and there. At night in Minecraft it’s time for adventures - competitions, and during the day let them search, exchange, fold. In spirit gameplay, plus time is freed up to prepare for the next game: “Guys, the day has come! Pick axes and go ahead, look for gold and diamonds.”

We build, fight, explore, etc. – any entertainment will fit into the scenario, not necessarily strictly in the Minecraft style. We offer competitions that are interesting for both boys and girls. And at an adult party, it’s appropriate to fool around, the theme is conducive. Competitions within the theme:

Pig racing

Tie several long pink balls into a “sausage”. Tie a ribbon to make it comfortable to hold the horse. Glue the pig's face on the front and make a fishing rod out of skewers, thread and paper carrots - without it, the pig will not obey the rider.

Having saddled the unfortunate beast and holding the coveted carrot in front of its patch, you need to ride to the finish line. We snake around several chairs, come back and pass the props to the next one. You can divide into teams to see who will complete the relay faster.

Duel

How would you be at a Minecraft party without it? You can fight while standing on a long board (don't step off) or inside a circle (don't go outside). Instead of cardboard swords, you can buy aqua sticks (penny, light, bright).

Tower to the clouds

Literally everyone did this in Minecraft! For what? It's just fun! From anything (the same matchboxes), everyone builds their own tower or in teams.

Asylum

Almost all gamers have it to hide from evil mobs. Sheets of thick cardboard or boxes, tape - the presenter has about 20 minutes of free time.

If there is a good supply of “building materials” and free space, the guys will be captivated by the construction until the end of the party. Then it’s better to move this entertainment to the end of the script.

Recycler

A thing for destroying garbage. A box with holes, wads of colorful paper, tape to mark borders. How many teams/people participate in the competition, so many colors of papers. Throw from a distance and at the end count whose “garbage” there is more in the disposal.

The atmosphere of “virtuality” will be enhanced by Minecraft-style music. In addition to music from the game itself, there are fan songs, humorous and story-based - the choice is huge!

Bypass the trap

The gamer notices many traps only when he sees an explosion on the screen or falls on his butt on a cactus. There are screenshots in the knowledge base; for authenticity, you can repeat the textures. Or just scatter colorful sheets on the floor.

One is blindfolded (the traps are invisible) and sent from the start to the finish. The others shout to him: move to the right, move to the left, step over, etc. The goal is to transport all the guys in this way to the other side of the castle corridor. After the next guest is blindfolded, change the location of the traps.

Draw your skin

A cool skin is an indispensable attribute of any gamer! Cut out white figures, line them into “pixels”, prepare markers and let the children create unique characters themselves.

Milking a cow

But not simple, but mushroom. You will need buckets, a picture of a wonderful cow leaning against the wall, and household gloves. Fill the glove with tinted water, white gouache will do. Make a hole in the drawing, insert the glove cuff into it and tie a knot with reverse side shield Milk in teams of 3-5 people to see who is faster.

Scenario Minecraft games: Real time assumes that children fall into test version games, while receiving a task. It would be wise to give children the roles of characters in the game, including monsters.

That is, the main characters must build a house before dark, overcome various obstacles, get out of a big web, hunt Enderman and Creepers, fight with swords, and meet spiders and skeletons. But after dark, they must hide securely so that they are not overpowered by monsters. Naturally, all roles should be assigned, and the facilitator should make sure that each participant is familiar with their capabilities and responsibilities.

Leading: Good evening, guests of the pixel world. As you may have guessed, our evening is not quite ordinary, because today is 11 years since one wonderful person was born. And we will spend this boy's birthday in Minecraft style. In this regard, we will go on an exciting journey through the world of Minecraft. Are you ready to experience all the exciting adventures of the computer world? Then let's begin! What a disaster! The first one we met in this fascinating world- the insidious Creeper (the piñata that we prepared the day before will help us with this), but we will certainly cope with him!

The children take turns hitting the piñata with a pre-prepared “weapon.” Once the Creeper is defeated, children will be able to enjoy the candy that will fall out of the monster.

Leading: Wow! You did a great job on him, no chance! Well, let's move on. Moreover, the sweets helped you regain your strength. I hope there are enough of them now to take care of appearance pigs.

The game "Pig's Tail" begins. Each participant receives a tail and, wearing a helmet that blocks the view, tries to attach it to a poster with a picture of a pig without a tail. The most accurate one will receive a prize. When organizing a birthday party in the Minecraft style, the templates for the games need to be thought out in advance and all the necessary elements built so that there are no hiccups during the holiday.

Leading: The pig asked to thank you. She felt a little uneasy without a tail, but now it’s a completely different matter! Now let's test your luck, children. To do this, let's play a game called "Loto".
