The Church of the Holy Trinity, located in the very center of Bansko, is one of the most important attractions of the city. The church was built in 1835. Since, by order of the Ottomans, no building in the city was to be taller than the city mosque, the church from the outside appears rather small. In 1850, a 30-meter-high bell tower was added to the church, thanks to which it is visible from any part of the city. The inside of the church is decorated with wonderful paintings and carvings, in addition there are numerous icons.

Not far from Bansko there is the famous Dancing Bears Park, created in 2000. This park was created for the release and rehabilitation of bears living in captivity among gypsies and trained using cruel methods. In total, the park is home to more than 25 rescued bears; all living conditions as close to natural as possible have been created for them. Entry to the pack is free and available to everyone.
