Leela description of the fields. Game Leela - my experience of using it. This is not just a game

The Leela game is the oldest and most famous transformational game of self-knowledge. The sources that mention this game date back from two to three thousand years. For thousands of years people have played and continue to play this magnificent game of life. She still helps people find their path and achieve their life goals.

We are all born, grow, laugh and cry, strive for something and run away from something, love and hate, play different roles in this world, in this big game called Life. Everything we do in this big game is all small games that add up to one big one. This is Lila - the divine play of the universe.

Philosophical aspects of the game

The word “lila” itself translated from Sanskrit means “game”. This is the game of life, which includes both matter and our aspirations, emotions and thoughts. The game Leela was created to allow the player to get in touch with their higher self. In order to solve a problem, you need to disconnect from it, look at it from the outside, as if from above. Then you can see this problem as a whole and ways to solve it. Leela's game helps players go beyond their usual vision, rise above the problem, see what was previously hidden and resolve the negative situation.

This whole world in Hindu philosophy is a manifestation of our divine “I” or the Absolute. Leela is a divine game in which the Higher Self is both the Creator and the Player, and the game itself, expressed in material reality. When we play the game Lila, the playing field on which our game symbol moves acts as a kind of microcosm in which, like in a hologram, this entire world is present. Thus, the insights and awareness that we receive in this game automatically transfer to the macrocosm - this universe. This is how we transform our destiny when we realize what was previously hidden from us.

Lil's game, with careful study of each playing field on which the player finds himself, gives more and more profound awareness, leading to more and more subtle layers of reality. No wonder Buddhist monks have been playing this game for thousands of years. This is a game of self-discovery, with the help of which a deep rethinking of life occurs. This is a game that transforms life and reveals truth. Therefore, it is also called Jnana-chaupada, which means “Game of Knowledge.”

Everything in this world is a manifestation of the Absolute or Universal Consciousness. And everything that can happen is already within us. All the variety of possible events is also within us. We are free to choose which path we will take. But often we don’t see the optimal one. The game Leela - this ancient game of knowledge will help you choose the most optimal path that leads to your goal.

Game description

The game itself is a playing field consisting of 72 cells. Each cell of the playing field has its own specific name. The value of each cell of the playing field is described by one of the states of being. All these states have been identified through thousands of years of yoga practice and research and are contained in the Vedas and other ancient philosophical sources.

On the playing field you will see images of arrows and snakes. Arrows are what lift us to higher states of being. Snakes, on the contrary, push us down. Everything in life is interconnected. Therefore, some states of being lead to ups, while others lead to downs.

In Leela's game, as in life, we can rise and fall. When you find yourself on any field of the game, carefully read its meaning and think about why you ended up on this field. The extent to which you understand why you end up on certain playing fields, the extent to which you are aware of all aspects of your situation, depends on whether you will achieve your goal and how quickly you can achieve it.

How does the game Leela work?

To play, you must have a playing field, a dice, a book or cards describing all 72 fields of the game, a pen and a form where players will write down all their moves. Each player must have his own game symbol - some small personal item. This item will be the player's "I" symbol. It is important that you like this symbol, because during the game it represents you, and playing with a symbol that you do not like means that you immediately introduce dissonance into the game, experiencing negative emotions.

Setting the goal of the game

Also, before starting the game, each player must set a goal for which he will play this game. The request for the game must be specific, clearly stated and reflect the real goal that the person wants to achieve. You can see the rules for setting goals here. Since the game Lila describes states of being, it often makes global requests for one’s purpose or mission in life. Such requests can and should be made, but they need to be a little more specific. You can also set goals for some situation. For example:

  • What steps do I need to take to fulfill my earthly mission?
  • What tasks do I face to start a family?
  • What should I do to recover from my illness?

Formulate your request correctly right away. It depends on how the game will go. You should not change it during the game. One game runs per request.

Stage one - birth

Before the start of the game, all players place their game symbols on field No. 68 - Cosmic Consciousness. This is an offside condition. The game of life has not yet begun, you have not yet been born and are in a sense “above the game.” To start the game you must go through birth. And this is not an easy moment.

To be “born” in the game Leela, you need to roll a six on the dice. It's not easy. Some players may never roll the number 6. This suggests that the goal they formulated for the game most likely needs to be reformulated. If the player immediately rolls the number 1, then this is a sign that the goal should be reformulated.

After the player rolls the number 6, he moves to field No. 1 - “Birth”, and from there immediately to field No. 6 - “Delusion” (moha). Congratulations! You have found yourself in this illusory world! Roll the dice again! (The player continues his turn since he rolled the number 6).

Rule for throwing out the number six

In Lil's game, there is a rule for the player to throw out the number 6 several times in a row. If he throws out a six, then his turn in the game continues and he rolls the die again.

If a player rolls the number 6 three times, and the fourth time he rolls another number on the die, then he returns back to the field from which he started throwing sixes and moves forward by the number of points that he rolled the fourth time. For example:

  • The start of the move was on field No. 7
  • The player rolled a 6 and moved to field No. 13
  • Rolled a 6 again and moved to field No. 19
  • The third time I rolled a six and ended up on field number 25
  • On the fourth throw, I threw out the number 5 and, according to this rule, moved to No. 12 (Since I started from No. 7, then 7 + 5 = 12)
  • Since he got to field No. 12 where the snake’s head is located, the player moves down to No. 8. This will be the end of his turn.

If such a situation happened at the very beginning of the game, i.e. the player throws three sixes and then another number (for example 3), then he first gets to field No. 6, then he goes to field No. 12, then to field No. 18, and then returns to field No. 1 “Birth” and moves 3 cells, i.e. ends up on field No. 4.

If a player rolls the number 6 four or more times in a row, then he continues to roll the dice until he rolls some other number. At the same time, he moves forward by the number of fields of game cells that is equal to the sum of all points rolled on the die. So if a player rolls the number 6 four times in a row, and then throws a three, then he moves forward 27 cells (6x4+3=27). At the same time, he does not stop at intermediate fields, he immediately goes 27 steps forward. After this, his turn ends and moves on to the next player.

Walkthrough

Players roll the dice in turn, passing the turn to the neighbor on the right (counterclockwise). After his move, the player records his move and carefully studies the description of the fields he landed on.

If a player lands on a field where the beginning of an arrow is located, then he moves to the field where its tip is located. If he lands on a field with the image of a snake’s head, then he descends onto the field down to the beginning of its tail. So envy gives rise to greed - a fall from No. 12 to No. 8. And once on the “Purification” field (No. 10), the player flies up to the “Heavenly Plane” (field No. 23).

Don't forget about the rule of throwing a six. Regardless of whether a player falls from a field or takes off, if he lands on these fields when a number from 1 to 5 is thrown on the die, then his turn ends. And if a six was thrown, then the rule for throwing the number 6 applies and the move continues.

Game options

The game Leela is a transformational game of self-discovery. She doesn’t just “answer” your request, she helps you achieve the goal that you set by bringing your gaming “I” onto the playing field. But in order for this to happen, you must carefully work through in life all those fields that you found yourself in while passing the game. And this takes time.

Therefore, based on the depth of elaboration of your request, the duration of the game can vary from a couple of hours to several years. Let's look at these options for playing the game.

First passage option

The first option is the fastest and most common in modern world. Suitable for ordinary, everyday requests such as buying an apartment, a car, etc. Players gather together at one table or online, take turns throwing the dice and try to understand and work out the meaning of the field they are on before their next move. If the player did not have time to do this, then he must skip his turn.

This is a transformational game and transformation must happen, work must be done on your goal. Otherwise why did you come? This is not fortune telling. This is working on yourself using this ancient game of self-discovery.

Second option

The second option is longer and involves a more thoughtful approach and work on yourself. In this case, more global cases and goals can be set. For example, requests regarding relationships with the opposite sex, at work, with friends, some business projects, etc. In this variant, you have a whole day until the next move. What you should do:

  • Carefully study the description of the field, or those fields that you ended up on during this move.
  • Remember how the states of being that you touched on relate to your request. In what moments and cases in your life did they manifest themselves?
  • Looking closely at everything that will happen during these days. What is the world trying to tell you regarding your gaming query? What will happen during these days and what can you do, based on the knowledge of those states of being that you received by reading the description of your cell of the Lila game field?
  • As you think and observe what is happening in the context of the move you made, try to understand why you ended up on these particular playing fields. If you have an epiphany about this, this is the best option. This is the surest sign that you are doing a good job on yourself.

After you have done all this work on yourself and your goal, a day later you make the next move and the whole cycle repeats until you finish your game.

Third option

The third option for passing the game is even longer. In this case, players take a week break between their moves. In a week, you can not only understand why you ended up in certain fields, but also work through them and the vibrations that are present in those planes of existence on which fate has thrown your game symbol “I” quite well.

This option is very good for those who not only reflect on their problem or task, but also take concrete steps to achieve their goal. It is optimal if the player undergoes some kind of psychotherapeutic process, which can very well work out the situation in which he finds himself. In such processes, with the help of an experienced facilitator, the elaboration is carried out most deeply and completely. This means that why the player came to this game can be accomplished more easily and quickly.

Fourth option

The fourth option for passing Lila’s game is the longest and most thorough. It is usually suitable for those people who take global goals and they are carefully worked through step by step. In this option there is no clearly defined time frame. The player makes the next move only after he has realized that the previous step has been fully worked out.

This is a difficult but very high-quality path to achieving your goal. The game here serves only as a kind of assistant, a guiding star that tells you what to pay attention to and what to work on. this moment time.

This is a good option for the most global goals such as your purpose and mission on this Earth and other spiritual requests that you want to work out efficiently. There are many options for development. This could be psychological processing with an experienced leader, or it could be some kind of spiritual practice or training. The main thing here is to understand that this field of play, on which fate has thrown you, has really been worked out and you can make the next move.

Regardless of which of the above game options you choose in your game, remember that the Leela game is a transformational game of self-discovery. And you should feel that you really understood something and realized why you ended up on this or that field during the game. Why did it happen so? This means this field is relevant to your request. Work through it and move on to your life goal.

When does the game end?

The game ends when the player gets to field No. 68 - “Cosmic Consciousness”. The circle is closed. Where the game started is where it is downloaded. More precisely, this is a way out of the game called Life.

There are situations when a player passes by this end of the game field and ends up on fields No. 69, 70 or 71. In this case, the player must roll so many points on the die so that he can make a move. If he throws the number of points that leads to field No. 72, then he remains in place and the turn passes to the next player. Ultimately, he will need to end up on field No. 72 (this may take from 1 to 3 moves), where the head of the snake is located, go down to field No. 51 “Earth” and continue the game.

The game can be ended not only on field No. 68. If the game occurs before a certain time, or you feel that you have sufficiently understood what the game wants to tell you in relation to your request, you can simply end the game on some playing field. Important! If you decide to finish the game before reaching its end - field No. 68, then you should stop on the playing field that does not cause negative emotions in you. It should be favorable to you and your gaming goal.

How to analyze a game

On the way to their goal, players encounter various obstacles, expressed in the game by Leela as snakes, and also receive support - arrows leading the player to higher states of being. After completing the game, you need to look at the records that you kept. The following points should be noted:

  • Fields with a snake's head from which the player moved down
  • Fields you hit more than twice
  • Repetitive moves, especially if they lead to falls
  • Those playing fields from which the player ascended up the arrows
  • Those fields and their descriptions that particularly “hooked” you, aroused some strong emotions

These are the main points that are required for further development of the game in life. It is especially important to do this analysis for regular game, which is carried out immediately (first option).

First of all, pay attention to those fields that had a strong emotional impact on you. It is advisable to work through them first, since the negative charge that you felt is available for working with it and passing it will give you more strength and energy for further work both on your goal and on life.

Then select all the fields that you landed on that have a snake head drawn on them. From these fields there was a descent to lower planes of existence. Check all such boxes. Pay special attention to those from which you have fallen more than once. Carefully re-read the state of being that corresponds to this field and to where you have descended. Think about why this happened. What in your life corresponds to these states of being.

Fields that you have visited two or more times are processed next. For some reason, during the game you came across them over and over again. Why? The game shows that these states of being are meaningful to you and your game request. This needs to be understood and worked through.

Work on yourself after the game

All game moments found in this way that hinder the achievement of your goal must be worked out in psychotherapeutic sessions, in sessions of psychological and spiritual processing, or other practices that actually work with the causes of human conditions. For each element found, processing may require from one to several sessions.

After you have received relief from your condition, having gone through the processes corresponding to a given field of the game (state of being), you have received insights and an understanding of why you ended up in these fields, begin to work through the remaining points. High-quality study of all aspects of achieving your goal is a necessary condition for its implementation.

In processing, you will discover and work through negative aspects that prevent you from living and achieving your goals. Perhaps, when passing them, you will change your goals, realize that in fact you did not want this, but something completely different! This is simply wonderful! This means that the transformation has occurred, you have received your insight and life goes on! You can take this one again ancient game Lilu, ask your new question and again plunge into the interesting and exciting world of self-knowledge!

This world is endless, tasks and goals are multifaceted and varied. Use the game Lilu for self-knowledge, improve your life and fulfill your life goals!

The word "game" can be replaced with the word "life" or "incarnation". Embodied in the game Living being called a player. As we play, we realize that our own life is a game. Many understandings come from playing this game. We begin to see our life as something that happens on the scale of the entire universe. This improves the quality of our current life; many little things no longer bother us and cause emotional pain. We move out of the realm of suffering associated with our excessive worries over trifles, realizing that everything is a game if we see what is happening as a whole, and do not focus on some small details of the overall picture.

This game is mystical. Don’t think that the numbers falling out and your travels around the playing board (universe) are something random. Everything is full of Signs. The game starts talking to you. And you need to hear this sign language. You will definitely learn this very quickly. Just take note that this game- this is a way to communicate with the universe, with your higher self.

Jagat - translated from Sanskrit - the universe (the whole world), Leela is a game. There is a well-known term: Jagat Guru - i.e. world Guru, Teacher of the world. The game is educational. In it you learn important Vedic concepts, often in Sanskrit. Literally, by playing, you learn. And you do it very quickly and even unnoticed by yourself, as they say - while playing. Just by playing this Game you can learn more about the chakras, astrology, numerology, yoga, pranayama, etc. Be sure to read the description for the game -. Author of the program: Veretennikov Sergey.

Video for the game:

You can continue the game by entering the number of the field you want to start from, or leave the field blank to start a new game.

There are different ways to listen to yourself, to understand yourself better, and the esoteric game Lila, the game of self-knowledge, is one of these ways.

There are such uncertain states in life when you are lost, doubtful, and cannot decide in which direction to move next or whether you are doing something right. Continue or stop. Maintain confidence in yourself in what you have, or because doubts arise because your goals are not entirely correct and you need to change or adjust them.

Get support

At such moments, you want to get outside support. In my youth, I looked at the ceiling or wallpaper with a pattern and counted the figures - loves, doesn’t love, it won’t work out, it won’t come true. But over time, the understanding came that there are more serious ways to not only assess your prospects, but also determine your condition, on which, in fact, these prospects entirely depend, and change it in the way you need. And now I have created my own, which also perfectly serve this purpose, but first there was the game Lila. I have been using it for almost 20 years, and at different times in my life it has helped me make decisions and find the answers I need.

This is the description of the game in the manual that came with it. And now I will share my own experience of using the game Lila.

Game Leela - a brief description of the rules

When starting to work with it, as in all similar practices, it is important to make a request. It is useless and pointless to start the game without knowing what answers you want to get, although if already during the game you realized that you asked the question incorrectly, you can change it.

The game Leela can be played alone. As a figure for yourself, which you will move around the board, you need to take some personal item that you constantly use. It so happened that I use chapstick for this - a really personal, necessary thing that is always with me, and the shape is convenient to use in the game.

To start the game, you need to roll a six. The game may not start - if a “six” does not appear 15 times, then you cannot play. The game cannot be played more than once a day. The game can be completed only by reaching the “Cosmic Consciousness” square - until this happens, you need to continue playing, even if you are already tired and want to quit everything.

If you follow all the rules, the game gives you a lot in terms of awareness of your state, thoughts, and mood. Only at first glance it may seem that the rules in it are too strict and unnecessary, but in reality all existing frameworks encourage you to find in yourself the very thing that makes you walk in circles without achieving the desired result, and to understand what you need do to change it.

This is not just a game

In general, the game is truly mystical, and everything in it, as in life, is no coincidence. As you pass it, you end up on the same squares over and over again (each of them is given detailed description in leadership and each corresponds to a certain state of spiritual development with its own capabilities and limitations), you rise along the same arrows, descend along the same snakes, attract failure when there are doubts about success, and very quickly achieve the final goal when the state your light, balanced, when you know what, how and why, when you are ready to trust life and yourself and believe that everything will work out as it should.

I have had happy states when I completed the game in a few moves. And it happened the other way around, I went round after round, round after round, and could not reach the end point. And it was always connected with my inner state.

But the game not only diagnoses this condition - if it does not meet the set goals, you must change it already during the game in order to finish it. And so you play, throw the dice, walk along the board and listen to yourself - what is the reason? Not enough energy? Or, on the contrary, too much self-confidence? Or is the goal not the same? Or is the mood not the same? Should you be lighter, relax, or, conversely, make more efforts, be more persistent? Or maybe fears are getting in the way? Or is there not enough love and acceptance?

This is always surprising and incredible, but when you find the right state, apply it to yourself, firstly, you immediately realize that yes, this is it, and secondly, you immediately finish the game.

Game Leela - a game of self-discovery

One thing I want to say is that Lil’s game is definitely not entertainment, not some kind of solitaire. When taking it on, you need to be prepared to do some work on yourself. And this is understandable - after all, no one can tell us what to do, and in order to decide, sometimes we have to search and invent something, and in any case we have to make some efforts. We shouldn’t expect that someone from above will tell us everything about us now – this, of course, won’t happen.

But on the other hand, Lil's game brings considerable satisfaction and again helps you get to the bottom of your problem and understand what will help solve it. And this is what makes her extraordinarily good.

You never get tired of watching this magic happen before your eyes. Just like you can pull out the same thing several times

37. Wisdom (jnana or jnana)

Pure wisdom, free from judgment and evaluation, is the power that lifts the player to the plane of bliss, located in the eighth row beyond the chakras. A player who understands his role in the game and the nature of the actions that will allow him to fulfill this role lives in bliss. Jnana is awareness, but not final realization. Jnana is penetration into the essence, but not the essence itself.

38. Prana-loka

Prana is life force. In Sanskrit it is synonymous with life and the name of the breath of life that we receive with every breath. Prana is<дух>in the body, the connection between the soul and the physical shell. Consciousness leaves the body along with prana. With the help of pranayama, yogis raise prana along the spine and achieve various siddhis - mystical perfections.

39. Apana Loka

Apana is, in contrast to prana, the energy that goes down and is responsible for bodily secretions. This is the main force that helps cleanse the body. The mixing of prana and apana causes the awakening of kundalini - the colossal energy contained at the base of the spine. Kundalini bestows physical immortality and supernatural powers.

40. Vyana-loka

Vyana takes pranic energy from the lungs and distributes it to all systems of the body. This vital energy is responsible for the flow of blood, the secretion of glands, the downward and upward movements of the body, and the opening and closing of the eyelids. Together with prana and apana, they are responsible for the normal functioning of the body. Complete control over prana, apana and vyana allows the yogi to get rid of bodily influence and direct his energy to the higher chakras. The player's understanding of the divine presence in all creation, acquired during the journey through the fourth chakra, forces him to seek the Divine within himself, and thus his attention is drawn to the processes occurring in his body and reflecting the processes of the macrocosm. His consciousness and experience expand, blurring the line between internal and external.

41. Human plane (jana-loka)

Jana-loka (or Jnana-loka, the sphere of wisdom), the fifth plane of the fifth level, is the abode of siddhas (beings who have reached a high degree of development and have powers that enable them to perform actions<сверхъестественные>for people on the lower planes) and saints who are constantly immersed in contemplation of Lord Vishnu. The air element predominates here, and the bodies of beings on this plane are composed of pure wisdom, not subject to desire. On this plane, the player understands the true meaning of what it means to be human. Often this is achieved directly from the level of the third chakra with the arrow leading from the field of selfless service.

42. Plan of Agni (Agni-loka)

Agni or fire - fire is the source of both colors and forms that constitute the essence of the world of phenomena. Fire is a rough manifestation of energy, its conductor. A player entering this plane understands that his body is also only a means, an object of sacrifice. That is why fire is seen as a mediator between man and God. All religious rituals are performed in the presence of Agni as the eternal witness and recipient of the sacrifice. Fire is present in all creation; nothing can be hidden from it. He is a witness who excludes any deception and self-deception.

43. Birth of man (manushya-janma)

Going through the plane of Agni prepares the player for real birth. Conceived in the second chakra, nurtured and raised in the third, filled with human emotions in the fourth, the player is now ready for the resurrection of his true human essence - for a second birth. He becomes twice-born, a brahmana - a follower of the Absolute Truth, Brahman.

44. Ignorance (avidya)

Vidya means<знание, ведение>, a is a negation prefix. Lack of knowledge is ignorance. Knowledge is the player's understanding of his role in the game, wherever he is at the moment. A player who finds himself in the field of ignorance forgets about the illusory nature of existence and becomes attached to certain emotional states or sensory perceptions. The energy of a player bitten by the snake of ignorance drops to the level of the first chakra and the plane of sensuality. Loss of understanding of the nature of maya (illusion) leads to clouding of his intellect and leads to identification with certain states.

45. Right knowledge (suvidya)

If jnana is the realization of truth,<правильное знание>includes awareness and behavior (practice). This combination lifts the player to the eighth plane, to the field of cosmic good. And now only one step separates him from his goal. He realizes himself as a macrocosm in a microcosm, an ocean contained in a drop. Correct knowledge adds a new dimension to jnana, the awareness of the unity of past, present and future. The field of correct knowledge completes the passage of the fifth chakra, the fifth row of the game. At this stage, the player reaches full awareness of his unity with the cosmos, he connects with ultimate reality and ascends to the plane of Rudra (Shiva), the plane of cosmic good.

46 Discrimination (Viveka)

Discernment is the ability to listen to your inner voice that tells you what is true and what is not. Viveca could not appear in the game earlier. The player can only get here by going through the correct knowledge field (45). If the player hits the arrow of correct knowledge, he immediately ascends to the plane of cosmic good. Otherwise, he has to resort to the power of discrimination to determine further move games. The ability to discriminate raises one to the plane of happiness. At the level of the sixth chakra, a person overcomes the influence of gross matter and becomes able to see the past, present and future in any direction - his third eye opens. But the subtle influence of maya remains. The inner voice or the voice of the Lord in the heart serves as a reliable guide.

47.Plan of neutrality (sarasvati)

In the sixth chakra, the negative and positive influence of chakras and energies gradually disappears and only neutral remains. The plane of Saraswati is the realm of the goddess of the same name. Here the player is surrounded by pure music and lives in a state of vidya, knowledge. Saraswati, the deity of learning and beauty, gives him the opportunity to achieve balance and be beyond the influence of the energy fields of existence. Now he can simply watch the game progress.

48. Solar plane (yamuna)

In the sixth chakra, the player establishes a balance between the masculine, solar principle and the feminine, lunar principle. This harmonious fusion of elements creates<я>an observer who is neither male nor female, but a harmonious combination of both. Below the sixth chakra, the solar and lunar energies are intertwined with each other, but here they merge and become one. This sense of a single whole characterizes the plane of asceticism. On the solar plane, awareness of solar energy comes, but this energy does not affect the observer standing in the Yamuna River and feeling the hot solar energy of creation and destruction, life and death passing through him. Yamuna - sister of the God of Death Yama

49. Lunar plan (ganga)

A player who finds himself on this plane finds himself at the source of attractive and enveloping female magnetic energy or psychic energy, which balances the solar energy of creativity.

50. Plan of asceticism (tapa-loka)

Just as in the fifth chakra knowledge was of primary importance to the player, here, on the plane of asceticism, all the player’s aspirations are aimed at performing the hard work of repentance and asceticism. The word tapas means<подвижничество>, <умерщвление плоти>, <горение>. This is the practice of self-denial meditation. Tapa-loka is inhabited by great yogis and ascetics who have gone down the path from which there is no return, immersed in deep asceticism, the goal of which is to move up to the next level, satya-loka. The player can enter tapa loka directly through the practice of sudharma (the plane of religiosity) in the fourth chakra, or gradually by moving through the fifth chakra, developing consciousness and mastering the lunar and solar energy system.

51. Earth (prithivi)

The earth symbolizes the great mother principle. This is the stage on which consciousness plays its eternal game known as Leela. Here the player understands that the earth is not just soil, but Mother Earth. The player discovers new patterns and harmonies, new ways of playing, previously hidden from him in the fog created by involvement in the lower chakras. Despite the fact that her children cut her body and burn her soul, the Earth gives them diamonds, gold, platinum. She selflessly follows the law of Dharma and does not discriminate between high and low. That is why the earth's field is located in the sixth chakra. We see her body, the physical plane of the first chakra. What we cannot see is her spirit, her understanding, her generosity and kindness, her greatness. This is the understanding that comes to the player when he reaches the sixth chakra. If the player fails to achieve Cosmic Consciousness, he will have to return again to Mother Earth and from here again start towards the highest goal.

52. Plan of violence (himsa loka)

A player who has reached the sixth chakra realizes the unity of all things. Human bodies serve only as transitory forms. The true essence of all players exists beyond the realm of name and form. The player knows that death is just a change in life's scenario. There is a danger here that the player will resort to violence, knowing full well that his actions ultimately do not cause any real harm to other players. But he has not yet completely freed himself from karma, and violating the laws of dharma will entail a fall to the fourth level - to Purgatory.

53. Plane of liquids (jala-loka)

Water is cold by nature; it absorbs heat, bringing coolness. The heat of the asceticism of the sixth chakra, asceticism, makes the player cruel. He needs to pass through the clear waters of the liquid plane in order to extinguish the burning energy of violence and turn it into the even warmth of spiritual love.

54. Plane of spiritual devotion (bhakti-loka)

Bhakti, or spiritual devotion, is based on the statement:<Любовь есть Бог, а Бог есть любовь>. A bhakta devotee loves his Deity. The deity is the beloved, and the devotee is the lover. Bhakti is a direct method, it is the shortest path to the Divine. All yoga and all knowledge, jnana, rest on the cornerstone of true faith, true devotion and love, true bhakti. There is nothing higher than love, and bhakti is the religion of love. Jnana makes the player a sage while bhakti transforms him into a divine child in the lap of his Mother under the benevolent protection of the Father. The sage has to go long haul to meet the Lord. Bhakta is always surrounded by his Divinity, present in its myriad forms and names in every particle of life experience.

55. Selfishness (ahamkara)

Ahamkara is the feeling of separateness of one's existence. When a player's entire attention is directed exclusively to satisfying his desires, even spiritual ones, he becomes selfish. Satisfaction of spiritual and material desires pushes into the background love, humility, sincerity, consideration for others and all other dharmic qualities. Focusing on oneself is contrary to the spiritual path - the path from oneself to the Divine. As soon as obstacles to the satisfaction of desires arise, such a player falls into the old trap of anger and sinks to the first level.

56. Plane of primordial vibrations (Omkara)

Om is the one sound present everywhere in the Universe, manifested and unmanifested. It is the most subtle form in which energy exists. Omkara is the plane of vibrations that produces this cosmic sound that is in harmony with all other vibrations. The player who gets here realizes that Om is a vibration that fills all elements of existence.

57. Plane of gases (vayu-loka)

Vayu-loka (literally<план воздуха>) is located in the region of satya-loka, the plane of reality, in the seventh row of the playing board. This vayu is not the wind or air that is on the physical or earthly plane. This is the essence of the physical element air. Vayu-loka is a plane where the player becomes a flow of energy, along with which the entire atmosphere moves, overcoming the force of gravity. Enlightened souls with light bodies live here, who have not yet reached satya-loka - the plane of reality. In the sixth chakra we meet the plane of liquids, but liquid still has a form. Gas does not have any specific shape. A liquid has weight, a gas does not. The player is no longer burdened by anything; he has acquired true freedom of action. He becomes a being that is not subject to gravity and has no form.

58. Plane of Radiance (Teja Loka)

Teja is the light that was created in the beginning. The world that we perceive in the waking state is a world of appearances and forms, a phenomenal world subsisting in the light (teja) from which it materializes. This world is similar to the world of our dreams, but is not it. This state is completely<сделано>from the light and in it dwell the truly enlightened.

59 Plane of reality (satya-loka)

Satya Loka is the last plane of the seven main lokas located in the spinal column of the playing board. Here the player reaches the world of Shabda-Brahman and is on the verge of liberation from the cycle of rebirth. He reached the highest plane, beyond which lies Vaikuntha, the seat of Cosmic Consciousness. On this plane the player is established in Reality. Here the player reaches his highest chakra and himself becomes a reality, a realized being. He is in a blissful state of samadhi, like a drop in the ocean. But even here the player has not yet achieved liberation. Here, on the seventh level of the game, there are three snakes. The first is selfishness. The second is negative intelligence. The third is tamas. Upon reaching the plane of reality, the player has escaped one of these snakes, but two await him ahead, challenging his quest for liberation.

60. Positive intelligence (subuddhi)

Subuddhi is the correct understanding that comes only with the attainment of the plane of reality. After the player has achieved satya-loka, his consciousness becomes perfect and free from duality and he perceives the Divine in all forms and phenomena of this world. Such consciousness is subuddhi.

61. Negative intelligence (durbuddhi)

If the player does not follow the laws of Dharma, doubting the cosmic nature of existence and the divine presence in his every experience, he is bitten by the snake of negative intelligence, throwing him down to the plane of insignificance. He has not learned to accept everything the world offers him, to take advantage of all opportunities for development and to see the hand of God in everything. Now he has to go through all the planes of vibration related to the second chakra, unless the arrows of compassion and charity help. If he does not resort to these arrows, he will have to atone for his negativity (box 21 - atonement) and find the Dharma again or take an entirely new course of action.

62 Happiness (sukha)

Happiness, or sukha, comes to the player when his consciousness tells him that he is very close to the goal, giving him confidence that he is approaching liberation. The feelings he experiences are indescribable, they cannot be described in words. He feels the happiness the river feels when it connects with the ocean after a journey of a thousand miles. This is the feeling of merging with your source. If, while in such a happy state, the player does not neglect his karma, does not become lazy and passive, he has a real chance of achieving Cosmic Consciousness during this life. But if he is so overwhelmed by the experience of happiness that he forgets to act, feeling that his mission is near the end, the snake of tamas, lurking next to him, is ready to swallow him, returning his energy to the level of the first chakra.

In Sanskrit the word tamas means<тьма>. Tamas is the snake of darkness, the longest snake in the game, which mercilessly drags the player into an illusion from the radiance of the plane of reality. In the seventh chakra, tamas is ignorance that arises from attachment to sense perception. This ignorance comes after the player realizes the state of happiness and thinks that this is the end of the need to fulfill karma. But here the player cannot stop all activity yet. He forgot that until he achieves liberation, the game is not over. Inaction is an attempt to escape the law of karma. Tamas is an attribute of tamoguna, its manifestation in the microcosm. When the same power is discussed as an attribute of prakriti in the eighth row of the game, it is called tamoguna.

64. Phenomenal plane (prakriti-loka)

Manifested prakriti is the material world, consisting of the elements - earth, water, fire, air and ether (akasha), as well as mind (manas), intellect (buddhi) and ego (ahamkara). These are the eight gross manifestations of prakriti. Divine prakriti is Maya-Shakti, the illusory energy of God, the shadow of God.

65. Plan of internal space (Uranta-loka)

Having left behind the seventh row and realizing the existence of prakriti, the player begins to penetrate into the source of all phenomena of the phenomenal world - the great consciousness. The player merges with him, and at that moment all duality disappears. The player gets a pure experience of the vast dimensions, the infinite space that lies within him<Я>.

66. Plane of bliss (ananda-loka)

Consciousness is described as truth, being and bliss - Satchidananda. Ananda is the highest truth, the essence of existence. In the process of creation<Я>gradually becomes covered with five shells. Of these, the first and most subtle is anandamaya kosha - the body of pure being, pure experience of consciousness. This is the body of bliss, in the center of which resides the Cosmic Consciousness. During the period corresponding to creation, it acts as an individual consciousness.

67. Plan of cosmic benefit (Rudra-loka)

Rudra is one of the names of Shiva. The entire creation goes through three phases. Manifestation is accompanied by the maintenance of the emerging form and inevitably ends in decay or destruction. These three processes - creation, maintenance (preservation) and destruction are carried out by the three forces of the Almighty, who was not created by anyone, but who creates everything. From his will the Creator (Brahma), the Preserver (Vishnu) and the Destroyer (Shiva) were born. These three forces are interdependent and interconnected. Creation occurs according to the will of the Lord, and by His will what is created is preserved and ultimately destroyed. Without the destruction of false self-identification - the concept of a separate reality, the individual ego - true union (yoga) is impossible. Thus, Shiva, destroying the false ego, connects individual consciousness with its cosmic source. Rudra-loka is one of the three central squares of the highest row of the playing board, where the divine forces responsible for the entire creation are located, with which everyone seeking liberation strives to unite. The quest for correct knowledge leads the player to the abode of Shiva. Here he comes to the realization of the cosmic good, the essence of which is truth, and the form is beauty.

68. Cosmic Consciousness (Vaikuntha Loka)

Rising above all lokas, beyond all limits, is Vaikuntha - the loka of Cosmic Consciousness, the life force (prana) of all manifested reality. This loka also consists of an element called mahat, which serves as the source of all other elements. Before the game begins, the participant accepts the importance and meaning of this plane of Existence, which will always be his goal. Vaikuntha is the abode of Vishnu, the place that every follower of Hinduism hopes to reach after ending existence in his present form. Here is the Cosmic Consciousness, since Vishnu, being the Truth, is the patron and protector of consciousness in its ascent. Points falling on dice karma correspond to the player’s vibration level. The die determines both the player’s position on the field and the path traveled and the path ahead. The player can follow the discipline of Ashtanga Yoga, the Eightfold Path, gradually progressing level by level. Or, following the Dharma, become a bhakta - a spiritual devotee. All paths lead to one goal. Whatever the path of the player among all the countless possibilities, he has now reached the abode of Vishnu. Vishnu, who serves as the essence of creation, Truth. It is located directly above the plane of reality, since Truth is the highest reality. The game ends. What happens now is up to the player. Nature space game simple - it is the discovery of new combinations. With what new karmas, with what companions will the player be able to re-enter the game, striving again to find a state that will be his true refuge? He can continue this game of hide and seek with himself or remain outside the game forever. Or he may return back to Earth to help other seekers achieve their goal.

69. Plane of the Absolute (Brahma-loka)

On one side of Vaikuntha-loka is Rudra, and on the other is Brahma. Together they form the triad of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva in the center of the top row of the playing board. Those who are strengthened in the truth dwell here without fear of a subsequent return to fulfilling karmic roles. Practitioners of mercy also come here; they stay in the abode of Brahma without fear. Brahma is the creator of the material world, the active principle of noumenon, the force that transforms consciousness into countless forms and reflections. His abode is Brahma-loka. The player who reaches this place merges with this absolute force, this subtle principle. Even though Brahma Loka is located near the plane of Cosmic Consciousness, Brahma cannot give the player liberation. The game must go on. Brahma determines the form of the game, but there is something more than form. Only Truth, realized on the path of spiritual devotion or through gradual movement along the ladder of yoga to the Supreme Good (Shiva) can grant final liberation.

70. Sattvaguna

Sattva itself is the guna of virtue, conducive to the fulfillment of Dharma. Sattvaguna is synonymous with such concepts as light, essence, true nature and higher levels vibrations The calm, equanimous state of meditation leading to samadhi is realized when sattva predominates. But the three gunas in the world of karma always exist together and sattva sooner or later turns out to be mixed with rajas (passion) or tamas (ignorance). Impure sattva is always subject to the influence of karma. Pure sattva is not different from Cosmic Consciousness, the Supreme Truth. Sat means<истина>.

71. Rajoguna

Rajoguna is activity in consciousness, or active consciousness. A player who has reached the eighth row, but has failed in his attempt to realize Cosmic Consciousness, is carried forward by the forces of karma and activity. This activity is the cause of all suffering, it presupposes the presence of a doer who inevitably falls victim to his ambitions and expectations of fruits from activity. Any obstacle on the way to the desired goal gives rise to pain and suffering.

72. Tamoguna

Tamoguna hides the truth so that the rope appears to be a snake, and the snake appears to be a rope. Darkness is the main characteristic of tamoguna, and its nature is passivity. A player who enters here immediately leaves the cosmic force level and returns to earth to find a new path to ascension. What happens next depends only on the player and the One Who is the Truth.

The hero of my review today is a very unusual board game called LILA. It is sometimes called a transformation game or a prediction game. If you are a little tired of the usual Activities, Monopolies and Hats, read on.

I’ll say right away: I’m not interested in esotericism and in general I’m rather a skeptic by nature (although, probably, some part of my soul believes in miracles). I just love Board games. And when friends suggested we get together and play LILA, I thought - why not?

First I decided to read the description of the game to understand what I fit into. From it I learned that LILA is an ancient Indian game that is used to predict the future and look for answers to one’s questions. The rules also stated that You will need a personal item to play, which will act as a chip. It's important that the player feels connected to the thing.

I chose my favorite earring based on the principle that I wear it almost every day, which means it definitely stores my energy. After the game, I remembered that I was wearing these earrings when I got into a serious motorcycle accident in September of this year and miraculously was almost unharmed. In general, if you believe that things have energy, then these earrings have really strong energy.

Also for the game need to formulate some question or request, to which LILA will give the answer. Why such a long preface will become clear during the review process.

So, about the game itself. There were 10 of us together + the presenter was a mutual friend of ours who had played LILA more than once and led it. He led the process.

We placed our amulets on the playing field. In order to enter the game, it was necessary for the number 6 to appear on the die. I rolled first and - lo and behold - I immediately rolled a six!

The first square you land on is called Birth. And then you follow your path playing field, where each cell has its own meaning. The task is to reach cell 68 - Cosmic Consciousness. In the process, there are cells with so-called arrows that propel you forward, and snakes that throw you back. So it's not that easy to get through.

In theory, the game should come with cards with texts - descriptions of the meaning of the cells - but the presenter did not bring them. We read their meanings from the Internet.

The descriptions are quite complex and abstract; they can be interpreted in different ways. In some ways this is reminiscent of fortune telling from books. Examples of cells: “Birth”, “Envy”, “Vanity”, “Compassion”, “Happiness”.

Of the 10 people who gathered for the game, only three were able to join it (one of them was me). The rest were unable to roll a six to start the game. It’s interesting that it was the three of us who wanted to play LILA, the rest came just for the company. Accident? Don't know. According to the presenter, the mood for the game is very important. If a person is not in the mood, most likely he will not enter the game.

In the end, I reached the finish line first, literally in a few moves. The presenter was very surprised, saying that this was almost the first time he had seen this.

No, I’m not bragging, I was even a little sorry that my path turned out to be so easy and fast. I wanted to understand what my obstacles were on the way to achieving my plans in order to successfully overcome them!

Then I talked one-on-one with the presenter and asked him why my journey was so fast. His opinion was this: there are no obstacles to the fulfillment of my plans, except those that I came up with for myself. All roads are open.

Whether this is true or not, time will tell. It's only been a week since the game.

The review turned out to be abstract and slightly philosophical - but, in fact, this is exactly what the game LILA is.

  • People passionate about self-knowledge and various kinds of fortune-telling.
  • For lovers of leisurely games to think about.
  • Well, just for those who are curious.
