Most often, visual novels have more than one ending - for example, in the domestic project “Endless Summer” the passage can end with thirteen different options. And what your ending will be - it depends only on how you build relationships in the Soviet pioneer camp, where fate will throw you. In the story, you go on a business trip by bus, but you fall asleep and wake up in front of the gate summer camp. But Slavya will not believe you, so you will have to get on the bus and go home, as a result of which you will fall asleep. But you wake up in your apartment, realize that your life is not so bad and continue to live peacefully until one fine day you meet a girl very similar to Slavya. In the bad ending, everything happens exactly the same, only Slavya believes you, but on the way to her house you fall asleep, wake up in your apartment and live your life, never meeting Slavya or anyone like her. As you can see, in the game "Endless Summer" the passage can lead you to the most different options endings.

Ending Seeds

Separately, it is worth considering in the game “Endless Summer” a passage in which Semyon will not be able (intentionally or accidentally) to start a relationship with any of the girls. But even in this case there is a good and bad ending. In the first option, when you need to leave the camp, but you refuse, a voice calls you from the forest, promising salvation. Without listening to him, you get on the bus, fall asleep, after which ordinary life begins, which, however, hints at the cyclical nature of processes - you again go to the alumni meeting, which means repeating the story with the camp (naturally, before this the stranger erases your memory). But what's in a bad ending? It's quite strange, since to get it you need to follow the voice from the forest, talk to the creature in the bushes and lose consciousness. Actually, at this point the passage of the game “Endless Summer” ends, which gave rise to a lot of discussions.

Alice

The passage of the game "Endless Summer", of course, is not limited to two lines of development of events. After all, there are enough girls in the camp that Semyon can meet. For example, Alice. Although it's quite difficult option. The fact is that she is Lena's friend, who is superior to Alice in everything. That's why she doesn't believe until the very end that Semyon can love her. What happens in the good ending? Alice brings Semyon to the house, where they drink, and Alice hopes that the alcohol will loosen Semyon's tongue. But as a result, they drink too much, and it all ends in sex, after which they set off on foot to the regional center, since everyone left without them. As a result, Semyon confesses his love to Alice, they catch a passing bus and fall asleep there. After this, Semyon wakes up and, while his memories are still fresh, changes his life - he learns to play the guitar, puts together a band and travels with concerts, at one of which he meets a girl similar to Alice. The bad ending is different in that Semyon does not confess his love to Alice, which is why he wakes up in real life with nothing and does not meet a girl at any concert. These are the kinds of turns your passage in the game “Endless Summer” can throw at you. The scheme is quite confusing, but if you think logically, you can get to the desired ending.

Alternate Alice ending

In the case of Alice, there is also an alternative ending - here Semyon is not doing well with the group, so he constantly has to change its members. And one fine day he arranges a meeting with a new guitarist, who turns out to be Alice - she also perfectly remembers what happened in the “dream” about the camp, so she immediately rushes into your arms - this is how the passage ends in the game “Endless Summer” . Alice remains with you, but this is not the end of the story.

Lena's endings

Lena is a character for whom there is also a walkthrough in the game "Endless Summer". Its scheme is no less confusing than in previous cases. Good ending It blows many minds, since Lena and Semyon remain in the camp when everyone leaves, make love, after which Semyon wakes up. It turns out that it was a dream. After that, they leave the camp, each living their own lives, but then they reunite, get married, have children and live simply as human beings. A very calm ending. Returning to the house, he will find that Lena has opened her veins. She dies in the protagonist's arms, after which he trudges onto the bus, falls asleep there, and upon waking up in his apartment, cuts his own wrists. This ending is the most frightening of all in the game "Endless Summer". Ulyana

The passage can very sharply change its direction right there, so be careful even if you play Ulyana’s line. Why even? The fact is that Ulyana is a little girl with whom you can only have friendly relations. She is an incredible prankster, and you will have the honor of helping her in her fun. As a result, her next prank ends with the pioneers laughing at her, and she runs away into the forest in tears. Semyon calms her down, after which their strongest friendship begins. They fall asleep together while watching TV, for which they are punished. And if you stand up for Ulyana, then a good ending awaits you. Waking up in the real world, Semyon will return to the university, where he will meet the matured Ulyana, who has just entered her first year. The bad ending is caused by refusing to help and sympathize with Ulyana - you will return to real world, but nothing will change. So, these are the main lines that are available to you in the game "Endless Summer". Completing all endings, however, gives you access to a new character - Miku.

Miku's plot

If you have unlocked all the endings in the game "Endless Summer", then a crazy adventure awaits you. This line will be very different from the others, because here you will take part in a real horror movie, which, of course, turns out to be your dream. There is only a happy ending where Semyon stays with Miku and they live happily ever after. But this is not where the passage in the game “Endless Summer” ends. Slavya and the other girls were just the initial characters that led you to Miku, and after completing her you get access to Yulia.

Final endings

Julia is the most unusual character in the game, as she has cat's ears, she behaves like a small talking animal, no one can see her. Overall, this is another camp mystery that allows you to get closer to fully unraveling all the secrets. Fortunately, there are no bad endings here - both options will be good in their own way. In the first of them, you will have to look into the very essence of this place, communicate with all the pioneers (they are your “shadows”) who were here before you. And also with the main creature, which is something like the brain of this mysterious place. You will eventually wake up in your bed with one of the girls from the camp next to you - for this you will need to make another choice. You will not remember anything about the camp, but you will not return to the real world, you will remain in a happy dream.

Real ending

The only ending that gives you a chance to come directly from the camp to reality is Yulia’s second ending. Refusing to return to the camp, where a meeting with shadows and the “brain” would await him, Semyon goes to the city, but a bus catches up with him, where he falls asleep. He wakes up from the doorbell, behind which all the girls from the camp are standing. It turns out that they were all in this dream, but were able to break out of it with the help of Semyon.

Visual novel "Endless summer" appeared in 2013, becoming a real phenomenon among Russian-language computer game development. And although this genre is not very popular in Russia and the CIS countries, multi-million downloads indicate the unprecedented success of a young team made up exclusively of imageboard users.

Remember that to get the ending you need to score at least 6 relationship points with the character, and also reach day 6-7 of the adventure.

What is the secret of success? I see the reasons for the popularity of Everlasting Summer as follows:

· The game is ideal for lonely and secluded people, as it allows you to develop social connections with several female characters, receiving the necessary emotions;
· The novella includes many endings (more on them below), depending on the character with whom you build a relationship;
· A huge number of third-party modifications;
· Pleasant visual performance, reminiscent of Japanese animation;
· Nostalgia for the Soviet theme, which I do not share, but for many it will be an additional reason to complete the game;
· The presence of philosophical overtones and the complexity of the plot, which is revealed only closer to the end.

All endings of the game Endless Summer (warning, spoilers):

· Good ending Semyon. The hero does not follow the mysterious voice, but goes home by bus. Waking up in the morning, he continues to live ordinary life, considering everything that happened to be a fantastic dream;
· Semyon's bad ending. Following the voice, the guy meets a strange creature talking to him from behind the bushes, and then faints. There are no interpretations, only the end credits;
· Good ending for Alice. The character declares his love, returns to the real world, creates his own music group, after which she unexpectedly meets a girl very similar to her;
· Alice's bad ending. Everything is similar, only without confessions and meeting a similar girl in reality;
· Zhenya's ending. Was added in fashion "The Story of a Pioneer", released in 2014, therefore includes an interpretation of previous events and spoilers for the main plot. Events unfold in two timelines. In the first, Semyon lives through events in an endless cycle, which hints at the abstractness of what is happening. In the second line, the hero shares his experiences with Zhenya, they begin to date and even get married, but later our pioneer notices strangeness in her behavior, and ends up next to a robot that looks like her. Gradually, the second line enters the first, leading to the state of the world at the time of its beginning. As a result, the events are repeated in reality, with the real Zhenya;
· Good Ending Lena. Semyon tells the girl a story about how he arrived from the future, after which the characters leave together for home, where they live together;
· Bad Ending Lena. After a long quarrel, the characters end extremely badly: Lena is in the camp, and Semyon is already in reality;
· Miku's finale. This heroine always has one ending, but what an ending! Miku's real name is Masha, and Semyon is a member of a film crew filming a zombie horror film. Further events resemble a game Left 4 Dead, involve a series of mysterious events, and at the end, sheets of script are lying on the floor. The most mystical ending;
· Slavi's endings: good and bad. Slavya does not believe Semyon when he declares his origin and the time from which he arrived. Having left by bus, the guy wakes up in the morning and continues to live an ordinary life, but soon meets a similar girl. In the bad ending, everything is similar, but without the meeting;
· Good ending for Ulyana. Semyon leaves the camp, wakes up in his bed and forgets about everything, and then returns to the university and meets a girl in his next year;
· Ulyana's bad ending. Similarly, but the teenager remains in the camp because he does not receive support from the GG. There is no meeting in real life;
· Yulia's individual final. Semyon wakes up in bed in the morning and can choose any of the girls he wants to see next to him. Complete surrealism, because no one except the protagonist sees it;
· Julia's dreamy ending. The guy goes with Olga Dmitrieva and the rest of the ladies to the city, after which he finds himself in the real world. Five girls from the camp ring the doorbell of the apartment, but they have grown up by several years. Only Yulia remains in the camp, whom the hero goes after a few days later. Now all the key characters have returned to the real world. The ending is considered the most correct and canonical, which the creators of the project emphasized in their interviews.

Appearance and character


Miku is a Vocaloid girl, beautiful in appearance, with one distinctive feature- very long blue hair, tied in two ponytails, reaching to her knees. She is very cheerful and positive, but is too talkative, which quickly tires those around her.

Miku is the same Miku from Vocaloid. Guest is old, sort of. She is a regular and only visitor to the music club - she hangs out there almost all the time. According to many, she is a fool. Well, not that she’s completely STUPID, but simply. Kawaii is such a fool, baka-baka. There is no depth of thinking at all. Whatever came into her head, she blurted out. Music and nothing else. Absolutely always suspects nothing and is not in the know. And then, as a rule, he doesn’t understand how it all ended. Syroezhkin is in love with her.

Relationships

She was not seen communicating with other characters besides Alice and Semyon. He may be friends with the first one and shares an interest in music. Semyon often becomes her interlocutor unwillingly, and also has several events in the game related to her. He lives in the same house with Lena, from which we can conclude that they also communicate with her.

Interesting Facts

Above Miku’s bed hangs a poster for the concert film “You Just Want to Know,” dedicated to Viktor Tsoi, but released after his death, namely in 2006, which goes beyond the era in which “Owlet” supposedly lives (80 years). Whether this is a mistake by the background artist or an intentional reference is unknown.

Initially, Miku was planned in the game as a comedic supporting character without her own route. However, later during development, one story, originally planned as an expansion but not completed on time, was rewritten to accommodate it.

Miku has her own route with one ending. It has a great horror focus, and is also the most fantastic of all the routes, which in general makes it stand out from the rest.

Despite the fact that it is named after her, Miku actually does not play a big role in the route itself, and is instead replaced by another, similar character, which caused discontent among fans.

In the end, Miku turns out that Semyon dreamed about everything that happened and in fact he is a member of the film crew, and Miku (Masha) is his ex-girlfriend. After a hard day of filming in the hellish heat, Miku and Semyon remember the happy days when they were together, make love and fall asleep. In the morning they wake up in the camp, where Olga Dmitrievna is debriefing them because of their behavior. Next, you become a participant in the events of the game "Left 4 Dead": Slavya disappears, the counselor goes in search of her, and the attack on the zombie camp begins. Suddenly Semyon wakes up, while Masha is sleeping on his lap, and next to him lies a stack of script sheets, which accurately describe the events of the zombie horror.
