      11.5.2. During the drawing of the Grand Prize, the Organizer additionally determines 1 (one) reserve Sequence number of the Participant, in accordance with the procedure described in clause 11.5.1.

      Determination of the Winners of the Second Category Prize Draws.

In case of repeated hit of the Sequence number in the range of the Winners, it is not recognized as winning; the next Sequence number on the List is recognized as the winning one.

      If the winning Sequential number is at the end of the list, then further calculation continues from the beginning of the List.

      The Sequence Numbers of the Participants of the Current Draw will not participate in subsequent draws of Prizes, with the exception of the drawing of the Grand Prize, in which all the Sequence Numbers of the Participants registered from June 01 to August 31, 2017 participate.

      The participants who have received the Prize of the third category participate in the drawing of the Prizes of the first and second categories of the Current drawing. The serial numbers of the Participants of the Current drawing who have received the Prize of the first category cannot become the Winners of the drawing of the Prizes of the second category.

11.5. Mechanics of the drawing of Prizes of the first, second, third categories and the Grand Prize.

The Organizer assigns one Sequential Number of the Participant for 5 (five) registered Unique Codes. By the time of the drawing of prizes, the Organizer forms a list of the Sequential numbers of the Participants participating in the Current drawing (hereinafter referred to as the List). All Participants' Sequential Numbers have the same capacity. For the drawing, a lottery drum and a set of 10 balls with numbers from 0 to 9. Determination of the winning Sequence numbers of the Participants is carried out by forming them from left to right from the numbers of balls taken from the drum one by one. The rally begins with the first rank from the left.

11.5.1. The first digit on the left of the winning Sequence number of the Participant is determined. To do this, the Organizer places balls with numbers from 0 to the first left digit of the last Sequential number of the Participant of the Current Draw into the drum. The organizer removes one ball from the drum. The number of the removed ball is the first digit from the left of the generated Sequence number of the Participant.

11.5.2. After that, all ten balls are loaded into the drum, the balls are mixed, and a ball is removed from the drum, the number of which determines the digit of the next digit of the winning Sequence number of the Participant.

This is how the numbers of the winning combination of the Participant's Sequential number are determined from the 2nd (second) to the 6th (sixth) category.

11.5.3. To determine the last digit of the winning Sequence number of the Participant, balls with only those digits that correspond to the seventh digit of the Sequence numbers of the List Participants, 6 digits of which coincide, are loaded into the lottery drum. The organizer removes one ball. The ball number drawn is the seventh digit of the winning Participant's Sequential Number.

11.5.4. To determine all the winners, the entire algorithm is repeated according to the number of prizes in the Current Draw.

11.6. The Sequence Numbers of the Participants of the Current Draw will not participate in subsequent draws of Prizes, with the exception of the drawing of the Grand Prize, in which all the Sequence Numbers of the Participants registered from May 10 to August 31, 2016 participate.

11.7. The serial numbers of the Participants who became the winners of the Current drawing and received the Prize of the third category cannot become the winners of the draws of the Prizes of the second and first categories. The serial numbers of the Participants who became the winners of the Current drawing and received the Prize of the second category cannot become the winners of the drawing of the Prize of the first category.

11.8. The result of each Lottery is compulsorily recorded in the protocol of the lottery, signed by the members of the commission present at the meeting.

12. The procedure for notifying the winners of the results of the drawing, the procedure for receiving the prize.

12.1. The winners of the Promotional Game are notified of their winnings within 3 (three) days in one of the following ways: by sending an SMS to the number of mobile operators specified during registration, by e-mail or by phone call.

12.2. To receive the Grand Prize, Prizes of the first and second categories, the Participant must come to the Organizer's office at the address: Minsk, st. Krasnozvezdnaya, 18b, 4th floor, from 10:00 to 16:00 in the period from 09/15/2016 to 10/31/2016 (inclusive). You must have Packages with Unique Codes, passport (or residence permit) with you.

12.3. To receive the Prizes of the third category, the Participant must come to the Organizer's office at the address Minsk, st. Krasnozvezdnaya, 18b, 4th floor, from 10:00 to 16:00 in the period from 09/15/2016 to 09/30/2016 (inclusive). If the Winners have not collected the Prizes of the third category at the organizer's office before September 30, 2016, then these Prizes will be sent to the Participants by mail until October 31, 2016 after the last Packages with Unique Codes have been provided to the Organizer's mailing address. Packages must be received no later than October 20, 2016.

12.4. The amount of the Prize of the fourth category is transferred to the winner (provided that the latter fulfills all the requirements of these Rules) by August 22, 2016 by sending a message containing codes of Express Payment Cards in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) Belarusian rubles to replenish the subscriber account of the mobile operator, specified by the Participant when registering the Unique Codes. Winning cash Prizes After activating the PIN-codes of Express Payment Cards, the Winners can only spend to pay for the services of a cellular operator and these Prizes are not paid in cash. Replenishment of accounts of subscriber numbers is available to the Winners, who are subscribers of mobile operators of the Republic of Belarus, connected according to tariff plans for individuals. The winners of the advertising game, connected according to tariff plans for corporate clients, have the right to use PIN codes to replenish the accounts of third-party subscriber numbers.

12.5. By taking part in the Advertising Game, the Participant agrees that in accordance with Chapter 16 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus, the Organizer, upon delivery of the Prize, withholds from the Winner and transfers to the budget income tax in accordance with the established procedure. The Prize will be transferred to the winner minus the withholding amount of income tax from the monetary portion of the Prize.

12.6. If the recipients of the Main Prize, Prizes of the first and second categories do not appear to receive the prize at the Organizer's office in the period until October 31, 2016 by 16:00, the recipients of the Prize of the third category will not appear to receive the prize at the Organizer's office in the period until September 30 2016 by 16:00 and will not provide Packages with Unique Codes to the Organizer's mailing address until October 20, 2016, the respective Prizes remain at the disposal of the Organizer.

12.7. The Organizer does not pay the Participants of the Advertising Game the costs associated with travel to the place of receiving the Prizes.

12.8. If the Winner of the Advertising Game is a minor Participant, the Prizes are issued to a legal representative (parent, adoptive parent, guardian) upon presentation of a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus / residence permit in the territory of the Republic of Belarus of a legal representative and a child's birth certificate (another document confirming the representation of a minor face).

12.9. If the Winner cannot receive the Prize personally, the Prize can be received by his authorized representative upon presentation of his passport (residence permit), a power of attorney from the Winner, certified by a notary, and Packages with Unique Codes.

12.10. Upon receipt of the Prize, the Winner confirms in writing the fact of its receipt, fills in all the necessary documents provided by the Organizer related to the receipt of the Prize.

12.11. Prizes are not exchangeable. The cash equivalent of the Prizes is not paid. The Organizer's responsibility for issuing the Prizes is limited exclusively to the above number and types of these Prizes.

13.1.
