Now let's take the second example. Let a person be born on May 10, 1970 at 15:05, but already in Tyumen and want to look at the relocation horoscope for St. Petersburg. This is what his birth horoscope will look like (for Tyumen):

As we can see, in Tyumen the difference with Greenwich was 5 hours on May 10, 1970. That is, according to Greenwich, the birth occurred at 10 hours 5 minutes. In St. Petersburg on this day the difference with Greenwich was 3 hours. Now we remember that the relocation horoscope is calculated for the same time, but to a different place. If we calculate the local chart for St. Petersburg at 15 hours 5 minutes, we will thereby add 2 hours to the real time of birth and get a horoscope that is no longer a relocation, but simply some kind of vague map. Therefore, when constructing a relocation horoscope, you need to focus specifically on Greenwich time. It is this time that should remain unchanged. Thus, for the relocation horoscope to St. Petersburg we need to use the time 13 hours 5 minutes. The correct relocation horoscope for St. Petersburg in our example looks like this.

What is a natal chart or cosmogram?

Natal astropsychology is based on the belief that the psychological characteristics of a person and his life path directly depend on the state of affairs in the solar system on certain moment time, namely at the moment of her birth. The natal chart with decoding contains two blocks of information:

1. Description of a person’s personality: psychological qualities, his talents and inclinations.
2. Description of it life path, i.e. events that are about to happen in his life.

According to natal astrology, a person cannot have a different character than what was destined for him by the Universe at the moment he was born, and events cannot happen to him that are not indicated by an individual horoscope compiled according to the natal chart.

Time of birth

Constructing a correct natal chart is impossible without personal information:

• date of birth (day, month, year);
• time of birth (hour, minutes);
• place of birth (geographic latitude and longitude are used in calculations).

In practice, the greatest difficulty is the need to name the exact time of birth (the permissible error is from 2 to 5 minutes) - the most important indicator for calculating an individual horoscope. Every minute of time is unique, so calculating a natal chart based on the exact (down to the minute) time of birth most accurately reflects a person’s individuality.

If it is difficult to determine the time of birth in everyday life (according to documents, from parents, relatives, etc.), a rectification procedure is carried out. A serious specialist in astrology, even with an error of 5 minutes, will most likely resort to it.

To radically change the horoscope, a five-minute interval is enough. During this time, one planet can move from one zodiac sign to another, change its astrological house, which completely changes its interpretation. Therefore, a natal chart compiled only by date cannot give a complete picture of a person.

The essence of rectification is the calculation of the time of birth based on an analysis of events that have already occurred in a person’s life, his inclinations and aspirations. The process is labor-intensive, requiring experience and special knowledge, so it is better to entrust it to a specialist. Another option is a natal chart compiled online. In this case, when filling out data fields in the form, you need to remember important rules.

1. If the approximate time of birth is known, for example, in the interval from 14.00 to 15.00 hours, the average value (14.30) is indicated with an error of +/- 30-40 minutes. This allows various inaccuracies to be included in the time period under study.
2. If even the approximate time of birth is unknown, the time is indicated as 12.00 with an error of +/- 12 hours.
3. Greenwich time is used for calculations. But if we are talking about specialized computer programs, then, as a rule, you can specify local time, which is automatically converted to Greenwich.
4. It is very important to indicate your place of birth as accurately as possible. If required settlement not in the lists, you must select an existing one, but no further than 50 km, otherwise the time parameters will be distorted.

Basic elements
