Oracle symbolon meanings. Description of personality in simbolon. Let's look at the map from the Oracle in more detail

The Simbolon deck consists of 78 cards. But these are not Tarot cards. The similarity starts at the point of having the same number of cards in the deck, but that's where it ends.
Word Simbolon– Greek. The word Symbol comes from it. In ancient times, the Greeks, going on a long journey, took a fragment of a clay plate for themselves, and left the other part for a loved one. The campaign could last several years, many changes took place in life, people grew up, suffered, grew old, changed internally and externally, but Simbolon invariably helped to find and recognize their loved ones. Simbolon is the matching fragments of the whole. “Symbolon” is a fragment that was previously part of the whole and is now looking for its soul mate, writes Peter Orban. “Under the “melodies” of the souls of our patients, the astrological deck of cards Symbolon arose - a game of memories. If the half is found and the whole is restored, then the astrologer or therapist can safely move on.” And here is a subtle point. The authors of the deck did not create Simbolon as a tool for searching for the coveted “other half” in the outside world in the person of a specific hero, preferably smart, handsome, rich and generous. No not like this.

It is curious that the Simbolon deck was created by the authors not as an oracle, not as a tool for predicting the future, but on the contrary, they were more connected with the past, and the authors dedicated the deck to the Greek goddess of memory Mnemosyne.

In the Simbolon deck of cards, two groups of cards can be distinguished. The first is 12 cards that correspond to the signs of the zodiac from Aries to Pisces. These are “pure” astrological archetypes. On these cards, the symbol of the zodiac sign is indicated at the top, and the symbol of the planet that rules the given sign is indicated at the bottom. Another group consists of 66 cards. They represent a symbolic image of combining the main astrological archetypes in pairs. In the upper corners of the card are the symbols of the two zodiac signs and in the lower corners are the symbols of the corresponding planetary rulers.

The deck was created as an assistant in internal work. The authors call the deck a game of memory, meaning that the bright symbolic images of the cards help to “remember” something long forgotten, deeply hidden in the human soul. The energy of the archetypal symbol captured in the card icon helps to raise fragments of the unconscious to the level of awareness, “recognize”, “remember” them, establish contact with them, and thus bring them into consciousness, while gaining a certain level of integrity. And therefore this memory game can be considered a form of therapy.
The possibilities for practical use of the deck turned out to be very great. I will give some of them.

1.Psychological counseling and psychotherapy.

1) Identification and integration of subpersonalities.
This method is suggested by the deck's authors. P. Orban writes that we all consist of different subpersonalities, separated from each other in the soul and in consciousness. Our consciousness is not familiar with many of them. They exist in our unconscious and often have a noticeable impact on our lives. Cards, thanks to the archetypal symbol, can help a person see which of the subpersonalities dominates in a given topic, or, on the contrary, is repressed. By contemplating a drawing, an image, consciousness can more easily understand its characteristics and motivation, it is easier to recognize it, remember and integrate it.
2) Projective techniques in psychological counseling.
3) Fairytale therapy.

2.Using the deck as an oracle. You can predict and analyze a variety of situations and relationships.
3. Use as a tool for analyzing karmic interactions.
4. Analysis of generic scenarios and generic programs.
5. Instrument in individual arrangements with figures and cards.
6. Can be used in archetypal psychotherapy. (Hillman, Lebedko).
7. As a symbolic image for meditative immersion (active imagination).
8. In astrological consultation.

Let's look at the map from the Oracle in more detail

Original title: THE LOVER.

Astrological correspondence: planet Venus, sign Taurus.

On the map we see a beautiful woman sitting in a beautiful garden. Trees with ripe fruits on their branches represent fertility and abundance. Behind her is a rose bush - a symbol of beauty and femininity. Her whole appearance and posture radiate bliss, sensual pleasure. The woman is surrounded by things that symbolize wealth and comfort. She sits on soft pillows, which speaks of her love for comfort and coziness.

The girl leaned her elbows on the table on which stood a casket with jewelry - “a beautiful diamond should have a beautiful setting.” Next to her is a vase with exquisite fruits: apples, grapes, a decanter of wine (Taurus loves beauty and abundance).

It is also important to her how she looks, how others evaluate her, so she holds a mirror in her hands. Her neck is decorated with a necklace, a belt of precious stones (in astrology, Venus rules the throat and kidneys), and a wreath of flowers on her head. Everything speaks of visible, earthly beauty.

A dove flying nearby is a symbol of love and fertility. The dove is the bird of Aphrodite.

Combining cards: Warrior and Beloved.

Eros , Eros in ancient Greek mythology, the god of love, the son of Aphrodite and Ares, the personification of love attraction, ensuring the continuation of life on earth. For the Romans, it corresponded to Cupid and Cupid. Therefore, in the background we see a young, playful Cupid with golden wings, a bow, a quiver and arrows, which inevitably amazed both people and the gods themselves, instilling in them a love passion. It can be assumed that it was the Warrior's sword that turned into a bow in the hands of the winged boy. The destructive energy of Mars, in interaction with Taurus Venus, is transformed into the sexual energy of love. Pillows, flowers and a vase with treats have already appeared on the Beloved map. The Warrior's aggressive energy disappears - he is busy with something else. All that was left of his map was the road in the background that led him here.

Two nude figures - a man and a woman - stand under an arch of roses. The atmosphere of the card speaks of a harmonious combination of masculine and feminine principles, of sexual energy in beautiful, acceptable forms. The authorship of most descriptions of the meaning of the Simbolon cards belongs to Peter Orban, Ingrid Zinnel and Thea Weller, who wrote the manual for them. We gladly hope that the description of the cards will be useful to the reader. The meaning of the Simbolon Oracle cards can be quite intriguing at times.

"Warrior" (Aries/Mars)

Meaning: aggression; ability to achieve; conquest; phallic power; the energy of a new beginning.

Problem: At the core of the problem is anger and aggression that you have not yet recognized or acknowledged. What happened to this person? Why do you hide your feelings? You may think that they are irrelevant, that you are too sophisticated, and that everything should be controlled by the mind. Or maybe you don't want to confront your cowardice.

The Path: You are asked to take action to untie the Gordian Knot that is holding you captive. You will not move forward without the determination to act.

Result: You regain your ability to act. You have the power to be reborn (now). The completion of the process heralds a brand new beginning in which you gather strength and the warrior in you can begin a new round in the game of life.

"Lover" (Taurus/Venus)

Meaning: cost; attraction; possession; communication skills; physical attractiveness.

Problem: You are trapped by your own feelings of worthlessness inside. This underestimation of your “I” (the words “I don’t love myself”) must be allowed to come to the surface, into a full adult life. The meaning of the Simbolon Oracle cards only advises you how to do this as efficiently as possible.

The Path: As far as esoteric circles are concerned with “letting go” of the body and matter, your path ahead involves contemplating Venus. This means becoming her friend. Learn to perceive life as a sensory experience and respect the value of your body as the seat of the soul, without exaggerating its importance and without wasting unnecessary energy.

Result: Your journey has led you to gain self-esteem. You have learned to judge things realistically and see them for what they are: material things. It is no longer enough to use other people's labels or get their attention as to whether you like them or can win them. As much as esoteric circles promote “letting go” of the body and matter, your path ahead involves contemplating Venus.

"The Mediator" (Gemini/Mercury)

Meaning: messenger (of the gods); intelligence; contacts; observer; ease.

Problem: You are unhappy with your current position in life. You find it too boring, banal, superficial. You don't want to identify with Mercury's meaning and demands; you blocked and dispelled the messenger. You have lost your wings, and therefore your lightness. Understanding the meaning of the Simbolon Tarot cards will allow you to get her back.

Path: Mercury offers its assistance in guiding your decisions. His message says: “Give yourself some time and calmly look at your current situation, speak your true feelings and look at things with a detached and objective attitude.”

Result: No matter how difficult the road gets, you can use the “wings of Hermes” to unite the unconscious with the conscious, and then observe yourself from a neutral position, looking back, maybe even with a mischievous smile. And the meaning of the Simbolon Tarot cards suggests that a way out of any situation is possible, no matter how difficult it may be.

"Mother" (Cancer/Moon)

Meaning: femininity; family; children; feelings; devotion; reception; spiritual past.

Problem: Your feelings - the waters of your soul - are being drunk by the inner child who says "no" and "no", which closes down your inner being. You are afraid of feeling yourself, afraid of your feminine aspect and the powerlessness it can create.

Path: This card explicitly advises you to follow the path of your feelings. Set aside the reason for a moment and act intuitively. Find the child within and let that child live and express itself.

Result: your journey will lead you to communicate with your inner child and learn to live in harmony. You achieve your own identity, coming home to your feelings and your feminine aspect.

"Ego" (Leo/Sun)

Meaning: power; wish; uniqueness; glory; fertility; creativity; sexuality.

Problem: You lack vitality, joy, and a necessary form of fierceness at your core. This means that you cannot use your energies. You may be trying to compensate for your powerlessness and lack of power through dominant behavior. You have to ask yourself where you can still find life.

The Path: The path ahead involves learning to express yourself, your personality and your being. You have to live the way you want, even if it hurts others. All this may not be as simple as it seems: just live your life!

Result: Your path brings you back to life. You put your heart and soul back into things. A description of Simbolon cards, decks of which you can buy in any theme store, will help you in solving problems.

"Servant" (Virgo/Mercury)

Meaning: reason; acceptance of Reality; rationality; sobriety; spiritual balance.

Problem: Following the description of the Simbolon Servant cards, you refuse to accept your current position in life. You like to maintain a clean image by blaming others, leaving you caught up in your own predictions. But the finger ultimately points to you.

Path: It's no use now, although it's a bitter pill to swallow, you have to accept yourself; lower your views and adapt to living conditions.

Result: The result of your learning process is not the gold at the end of the rainbow, but a calm, unsupported order and knowledge through which your soul finds self-control and reclaims its rightful place. Simbolon cards will help you with this, fortune telling on which is becoming more and more popular.

"Partner" (Libra/Venus)

Meaning: other; relationship; balance; Simbolon; mirror; "better half"

Problem: You are not yet ready to look in the mirror of another and recognize what you see there as part of yourself. You refuse to understand that the other is only expressing his own “otherness.”

The Path: Involves learning to understand oneself in others. This means mutual exchange and offering your hand to another in reconciliation (or understanding). It's important to meet someone along the way who will open your eyes.

Result: you have rediscovered yourself in another, found balance and harmony between your inner and outer halves.

"The Seducer" (Scorpio/Pluto)

Meaning: Devil, imagination; idea; suicide; obligation; fixation; fanaticism; underworld.

Problem: You have become obsessed with an idea; now you are stuck in it. So you give away part of your soul in the hope of getting something better. You are controlled by the forces of the near world; you are gambling with the Devil. Find out what the idea you are currently obsessed with is. Don't do anything more or less than you need. The meaning and description of the Simbolon cards, the “Seducer” card in particular, should be studied very carefully - this will come in handy during practical work with the cards.

Path: You can only reach the light at the end of the tunnel by traversing the landscape of the underworld and crossing it. Nothing more can be done; and cannot be “improved” (avoiding searches is one of your favorite ideas). Only the words of Virgil can help you now: “Watch carefully and continue!” Decoding the meaning of the Simbolon cards, however, will also not be superfluous.

Result: metamorphosis will take place. Old images must be destroyed, just as Moses destroyed the Golden Calf long ago.

"Preacher" (Sagittarius/Jupiter)

Meaning: priest; missionary; internal therapist; faith; in sight; philosophical view of the world.

Problem: where is your compassion, the memory of your own spiritual past? You can impose your opinions and knowledge on others while your own soul remains barren. The meanings of each Simbolon card, cards, for example, one of which you are currently holding in your hands, sometimes change depending on the situation.

Path: remember! That's what this card tells you. Seek an inner therapist (a person, if necessary, who acts as a mirror). And above all, repeat the steps. Solutions can only be found in your past.

Result: According to the Simbolon cards, you will continue to grow, become more open and tolerant.

"Master" (Capricorn/Saturn)

Meaning: legality; duty; fate; old age; death.

Problem: You have become rigid, retreated into a shell where no one can communicate with you or reach your soul. It's like you've retreated to a fortress of solitude high in the mountains. Strength is part of you. Look carefully and try to take responsibility for its construction.

The Path: The path to the problem is to learn to take the life force into account. The game is over - now you need to honestly solve your problems. It's all about becoming an "adult".

Result: The result is that you now realize that objective fate prevails over you, and the power of fate, which no one can influence, you accept and acknowledge.

"Jester" (Aquarius/Uranus)

Meaning: deliverer; Liberty; outsider; a “real” hero; lone wolf.

Problem: you have forgotten the original meaning of world freedom. You don't understand the real message of "The Fool": people must work on every opportunity, every spiritual path, to develop the situation.

Path: Try to find a spiritual space beyond your current complications. The path to freedom involves nothing less than letting go of your current problem, even if it seems counterintuitive right now. Try to get in touch with your own “clown” and learn to laugh at yourself.

Result: Conditions have led you to outdated and superseded ways of approaching things.

"Angel" (Pisces/Neptune)

Meaning: truth; divine spark; wisdom; intuition; dream; illusion.

Problem: You've lost your way. Your views of the truth are clouded by illusions. You hide from yourself and rely on your tricks. You are trying to suppress yourself and avoid problems, you are avoiding reality. You are not solving the problem anywhere and you still have a long way to go before you deal with them.

Path: You have to take the word "release" literally. Free yourself from the outside world, be more contemplative and look within. Your problem has nothing to do with the world. You can only look at yourself.

Result: At first you will not know the end of your journey because it is invisible to the outside world.

“Misunderstanding” (Cancer/Aries, Moon/Mars)

Meaning: destructive child; rage; "Runaway Johnny" quiet anger; hatred of the Mother; denial of femininity.

Problem: Your stomach hurts because the little child inside you is throwing a tantrum, viciously punching the depths of your soul and crying to get out. The whole world is “evil” and is plotting against you. Accept that you are a small child at the moment and are still far from being a rational adult.

The Path: Years and years of suppressed anger want to be released. First of all, you have to go through painful work that brings the deepest part of yourself into the world. Your energies will not begin to flow again unless the pent-up anger is released and experienced. Find your (perhaps therapeutic) conditions that make it possible to freely express your rage without harming other people.

Result: you can come to terms with the “little tyrant” inside only by growing up and learning to control your emotions.

“The Two Faces of Eve” (Cancer/Taurus, Moon/Venus)

Meaning: role conflict; ambivalent feelings; two souls inside one body; wife and lover.

Problem: You are faced with a difficult decision that you cannot decide. The sacrifice is called, one way or another, and this sacrifice is too great. So you remain indecisive. This is the crux of the matter. Two souls live in the feminine aspect of your breast. Do you want to be a mother or a lover (or a man: have a mother or a lover)? The solution only serves to suppress the problem. The card urges you to acknowledge your indecision. Nothing more! After all, the meaning of the Simbolon cards quite accurately advises what should be done and what should not be done.

Path: Your path should lead you to identify two contradictory and mutually intolerant forms within you. Everyone says: “Take me!”

Result: You will eventually find that both aspects deserve a place in your soul; both have their time and place, they feel close to you but not to each other.

"Articulation" (Cancer/Gemini, Moon/Mercury)

Meaning: Discussion of sensations; psychotherapy (psychoanalysis); contact with sensations; connection between the mind and the "belly".

Problem: You prefer to stay on the surface and ignore your feelings. It is worth remembering that this meaning of the Simbolon “Guilt” card is in many ways close to the meaning of the “Articulation” card. You do everything not to perceive or express them. But you have known for a long time what needs to be decided. You need to understand that unexpressed feelings prey on the mind and can cause illness.

Path: It's time to express what's going on in your life and how you feel. There is no progress without discussion, only apostasy. Find a friend to talk to, or a counselor if no one is willing to listen. The meaning of Simbolon cards in this sense is clear.

Result: reason and instinct come into contact with each other. You don't allow yourself to be terrorized by your feelings (and terrorize others) and you don't suppress them. As the meaning of the Simbolon cards indicates, being true to yourself is the most important thing in life.

Dear friends!

Have you ever heard the word “Simbolon”? Surely you have heard this word since you decided to look at this page. After all, the Oracle Simbolon (which has Greek roots) is now in great demand. People literally go crazy over these cards, of which there are exactly 78 in the deck, just like in a traditional deck of Tarot cards. There are several reasons for this. The first is the accuracy of fortune telling, the second is its unusualness. What is there to hide - the names of the cards, their semantic load, the visuals themselves - you can only admire them.

If we look at the history of the word Simbolon, then according to one version it is as follows. In ancient times, when Greek men had to leave their native land for many years - this was due to constant wars - they broke an earthen vessel as a memory of themselves. Having chosen two matching fragments that were nearby, they took one with them, and left the other to their beloved or just close people, family. After all, it also happened that one could spend five or even ten years on a campaign. The fragment was a guarantee that upon returning, these two pieces could be attached to each other and thereby not only make sure that they were waiting for you correctly, keeping the shard, but also, in principle, be recognized. You never know what could happen to a warrior over many years of military wanderings, because his face could grow old or be disfigured by a battle wound. Thus, “Simbolon” is nothing more than a part of what was once something whole, and now a fragment that constantly strives for the remaining parts, which constantly wants to become whole again.

The authors of the Simbolon deck of cards did not initially consider their own deck as a kind of Oracle. To a greater extent, they saw its purpose in helping to work through all sorts of internal human orders, helping to hear one’s own “I,” and moreover, helping to remember that forgotten past, which has a huge impact on the present. It was decided to dedicate Simbolon to Mnemosyne (this is the Greek goddess who is in charge of such concepts as “past”, “memory”, “thought”, “memories”).

In our country, Simbolon cards appeared recently. We owe this to Anna Kotelnikova and her fellow tarot readers. Based on already established practice, we can safely say that Simbolon is not only an Oracle, but also an excellent tool that helps to conduct counseling (psychological), engage in fairy tale therapy, analyze karmic connections and all kinds of ancestral programs, meditate and make constellations, and among other things - identify and work with subpersonalities, etc.

But today we would like to present you with a catalog of cards, i.e. Simbolon - the meanings of the cards, of which, as mentioned above, there are 78 of them. There is no need to confuse Simbolon and Tarot, these are completely different systems! They have nothing in common except the number of cards. At the same time, Simbolon consists of twenty-two Major Arcana and fifty-six Minor Arcana. Simbolon cards are divided into four suits, each of which corresponds to a specific element.
