Tomb raider walkthrough for 100. Tomb Raider (2013) walkthrough. Unfinished Business, Incredible

Which was warmly received by the press and players a little less than a year later. Next week, including in Russia, the sale will go on sale Definitive Edition for Playstation 4 and Xbox One— re-release of the game with updated graphics and special effects. On the eve of this event, we decided to compile a guide for those who decide to independently find all the precious relics hidden in the folds of the mysterious island.

Preparation

First, let's remember what you need to do to complete 100 percent:

— Finish the story campaign.
- Collect all items on the island, including artifacts, documents, GPS beacons and treasure maps.
- Find and clear all 7 tombs.
- Complete all side quests.
— Upgrade all the heroine’s skills and completely improve all types of weapons.

Achievements in the game are also tied to certain actions in multiplayer, but for 100% completion you do not need to perform them.

Collect artifacts, documents and search for tombs in two ways. The first is during the game, the second is at its completion. After completing the storyline, the game does not end and you can return to the island again and finish the work you started there. We will try to provide you with the right advice no matter which of the two tactics you choose.

Story campaign

The passage does not pose any particular difficulties, even if you (conditionally) upgrade the wrong skills, use the wrong weapons and are not at all distracted by side missions and exploring locations. However, in order to significantly diversify the gameplay and make the passage easier, we will give some simple and effective tips that you should follow during your first playthrough:

  • Kill all enemies. Try to participate in every battle with opponents during the passage - this will significantly increase the amount of experience, which you will then use to level up your skills and make Lara stronger.
  • Use all your skills. Try to kill your opponents not just quickly, but also beautifully: try to act silently, and if you are noticed, take headshots left and right, use all available means and types of weapons, effectively destroying enemies. For many tricks you will also receive additional experience, which, as you know, is never superfluous.
  • Use “survival instinct” more often - Lara’s special vision mode, which will help you navigate the terrain. Thanks to “instinct” it is easier to find not only artifacts and treasures (highlighted in yellow), but also animals for hunting (red).
  • Upgrade your skills correctly. The main character has three lines of skills - Survivor, Hunter and Brawler. At the beginning, upgrade the first branch of skills, especially the skills Survivalist (allows you to gain more experience for butchering animal carcasses and searching for treasures), Advance Salvaging (increases the number of spare parts in caches found by Lara) and Bone Collector (you can collect spare parts from animal carcasses). Together, these three skills will give a significant jump in leveling at the first levels of the game.
  • Try to explore every path you see. Your curiosity will almost always be rewarded. The more you explore the territory, the more experience and equipment parts you receive.

After completing the story campaign, you can load your last save and be transported to starting location games - “Coastal Forest”. There is fast travel between areas through special camps, so don’t be afraid - you won’t have to go through all the locations on foot again.

In addition to the missing items and artifacts, enemies, living creatures and chests with parts will again await you on the island - all so that you can fully upgrade the heroine’s skills and improve weapons that you did not have time to do during the main playthrough.

Despite the decent list of tasks, completing the game 100 percent is not that difficult. treats the player very sparingly and largely helps him complete secondary tasks. On average, to complete all remaining side missions After beating the game you should have about 2-3 hours.

Location research

Secondary missions or challenges are also related to search certain items, but depending on the location these items are very different. Typically, a task involves collecting certain artifacts - totems, posters, discovering certain statues, and so on. To understand what is required of you in a particular location, you just need to carefully study them and use the “survival instinct” - it is structured in such a way that you will somehow stumble upon these missions while playing through the game. Again - pictures with the location of all the secrets.

- If you use detailed walkthroughs, be aware that the location of artifacts on the map always remains the same, but the artifacts themselves may be shuffled. Therefore, if you find the wrong treasure in the right place, do not be alarmed, this is how it should be.

- Explore the relics. In the game menu you can not only get acquainted with all the treasures that you will find during the game, but also find hidden secrets in them. All you have to do is spin the item in the menu and perhaps you will notice some kind of hint on the back. Do not hesitate to spend time on this - for such curiosity you can gain additional experience.

- There is one zone in which there is no camp for fast travel - “Bunker on the Rock”. In order to get into it, you need to move to the “Coast of Sorrows” and independently get to the “Bunker”. Players experience most of the problems with collecting items in this location.

— At the “Research Station” level, to collect the first artecate, you will need 2 grenades or 2 exploding arrows. This is the only way to get it, so if you don’t have them during the passage, you’ll have to come back here later, with the necessary ammunition.

In conclusion, here are a few from the developers about survival on the island:

Scavengers' Den

Begin passing Tomb games Raider (2013) from watching the introductory video, after which we sway from side to side. While swinging, Lara will catch a cocoon weighing nearby, which will hit the candles, after which it will light up and fall. Swinging further, we hook the burning log with a rope, after which the rope will also light up after Lara falls down, you will need to pull it out iron rod stuck in her side. Having risen to our feet, we walk forward until we stumble upon some crucified poor fellow; to the right of him you can find a torch that you should pick up. With a torch we go further until we come across a blockage of boxes, boards and logs, we set them on fire with the help of a torch, after which we can move on. After Lara squeezes through the crevice in the rock without your help, you can turn on the “survival instinct” mode, in which you will be able to notice the objects necessary when passing (we remind you of the “instinct” from).

Your torch will go out; to relight it, use the burning container to your right. Next, we climb onto the ledge on the left and set fire to the body wrapped in a rag. Eventually the fire will reach the barrel which will explode and clear the passage. After you climb onto the ledge where the barrel stood, Lara will be attacked, you can free yourself by pressing the A and D buttons, after which we run straight until we find ourselves in the water, swim forward until we reach the exit. The exit will be littered with all sorts of rubbish, including exploding barrels; if you set them on fire, you can free up a passage for yourself, but your torch has gone out again. We pass to the right to the suspended cage, lighting a torch along the way. We need to set fire to two pillars to the left and right of the cage. After the cage rises, its counterweight will fall down, blocking the path of the floating boxes. Set fire to the boxes that have formed a jam, then go up along the right wall and jump into the suspended cage. After this action, the cage with Lara will lower and the counterweight will rise, throwing the burning garbage into the barred box, then all that remains is to push this box, sending the burning garbage straight to the rubble with barrels that will then explode.

Next, we run through the cave, jumping over the cracks in the ground, after Lara is attacked again, to free ourselves we press buttons A and D, and then immediately F, if we hesitate, Lara will be crushed by a stone (but that’s okay; there’s an autosave nearby). Having passed further, we climb up the mountain by pressing the A and D keys. During the ascent, you will need to dodge falling stones by pressing A or D, depending on the direction of the dodge. This is the beginning of the passage.

Coastal cliffs

Now our task is to find other survivors, turning left we go forward, seeing the boat we continue to move forward, cross the log to the other side of the cliff, after which we jump over the hole and eventually get to the plane. Trying not to fall, we jump onto the fuselage of the plane and press E to grab a hold; we climb up, pressing “Space” in the process to move with a jerk a little higher. Having reached the wings, we shift to the right, climb up again and then climb along the right wing. To jump over the engine, press D and “Space”, and then immediately E so as not to fall. We continue to climb to the right until we fall from the plane to the ground. We continue moving along the narrow ledge until we reach the metal wall, to climb it we press “Space” twice, going down we approach the bag, after which we watch the next video, then we run forward and jump (the jump fails and Lara falls down). Now we will need to take shelter from the storm; for this we go forward until the next video starts.

Coastal forest

After the rain stops, we move forward using the “survival instinct” for orientation. At the end of the path we find the corpse of a man hanging on a tree from which you need to remove the bow. To do this, we go around the bunker with reverse side and climb onto its roof, from there we jump onto a ledge from which, along a branch, you can approach the dead man with a bow. The body will swing, you need to grab it by the bow when it will be closest to you by pressing the movement direction button. Having received the bow, you will need to get deer meat, before that, collect the arrows lying around. Also nearby you can find an overturned truck in which you can find documents. After you shoot the deer, approach it; Lara will do the rest herself. Here you can also hunt other animals and pick berries, and in addition, in the forest in the trees there will be bone totems that you need to shoot with a bow. After finishing the hunt, return to the camp using the “survival instinct”; when you return, you can go to the fire and distribute skill points.

After you have dealt with the skills, we return to the place where we found the corpse with the bow, this time we will need to go into the bunker onto the roof of which we climbed earlier (the door to it will be open). Inside the room there will be a hatch into which you need to go down, to use the stairs press the Shift key, and to jump from it press Shift again. Next, we walk forward through a tunnel filled with water until we reach a room with music playing. We set fire to a pile of garbage on the left side, going forward we will find a homemade pickaxe which will be your second weapon, it is best suited for opening doors. Also in this room you can find a box with an artifact (Noh mask). To go further, we break the door using a pickaxe, to do this we approach the door and press E, and then press E several more times to pick the lock. Having cracked the door, we again find ourselves in a flooded tunnel along which we get to the stairs leading to the surface, to climb onto the stairs we press “space”. Having got to the surface, we extinguish the torch by holding Shift, after which we go up the path where we meet Sami and a certain Mathias at the fire, watch the next cut-scene.

Having woken up, we find that our companions have disappeared somewhere, having taken a few steps towards Lara, her foot falls into a trap, after which she will need to fight off a pack of wolves. The wolves will jump out along one of the bushes, time will slow down so that you can easily aim your bow at the beast’s head. After you kill three wolves, the rest of the survivors from your ship will appear and help Lara free herself from the trap, after which we watch the next cut scene.

Before you follow Dr. Whitman, pick up a book from the table, and after going a little forward you can find a small box that can only be opened with the help of an improved pickaxe, which you don’t yet have. We go further down the path, moving to the right along the wall you can find a cache, passing under the bridge on the right you can find another artifact. Also in this location you will come across boxes from which you can get spare parts, which will later be useful for improving weapons. In addition, you will come across bags suspended on ropes that need to be set on fire; boxes with spare parts will also fall out of them (to set fire, you will need a burning torch; you can set it on fire at one of the pillars with fire). Hearing the doctor’s voice, we go up the hill; on the way, two wolves will attack Lara; to dodge their attacks, press Shift and one of the movement direction keys. In this location you can also find a couple of bone amulets hanging on trees; you need to shoot them with a bow. On one of the trees in the location you can find a site with a map of the “coastal forest” lying on it; the map is turned on by pressing the Tab button, with its help you can find all the documents, artifacts and caches in this location, to do this, just open the map and mark Right place marker, and then in the “survival instinct” mode go in the right direction. In this way you can find the location "Tomb of the Traveler".

Traveler's Tomb

Having reached the entrance to the tomb, we light a torch and go through a narrow cave to a waterfall that will extinguish your torch. To go further you need to set fire to a blockage of boxes, boards and other debris, to do this we shoot at the lamp hanging from above. Having gone forward and leaving the cave, we will find ourselves in a small location with an airplane in its center lying on the trees. The tree closest to us will be wrapped in a rag, which needs to be lit by shooting at a lamp hanging nearby. On the right side there will be another tree with a rag, next to it there will be a structure made of boards on which the corpse weighs, first of all we shoot at the lamp above the corpse to light it. Then we climb onto the ledge and push the board with the burning corpse, and as it falls, it sets fire to the tree we need. To set fire to the next tree, we first shoot at the lamp hanging high from above (it can be clearly seen standing where the boards were pushed). the burning lamp will begin to fall on a rope towards the tower clogged with garbage, but it will get stuck caught on the beam, our task is to free it.

To do this, we climb onto a ledge with a beam, but first we find a ledge with three lamps standing on the ground, one of them can be thrown into the nearest tree wrapped in a rag. Next, we climb onto the ledge with the beam and climb onto the nearby box from which we jump onto the beam. Under Lara's weight, the beam tilts and the burning lamp flies into the tower, setting fire to the trash inside it, the tower, in turn, sets fire to the next (last) tree on which the plane hangs. The plane is falling apart into two parts, we need to get into the tail part, but it is littered with garbage, to clear the passage we return to the ledge with lamps, one of which we throw into the garbage sticking out from the tail part of the plane. The passage is free, we climb onto the bow of the plane lying on the ground and jump from it to the tail section, climbing along which we jump onto a small building in which a chest is waiting for us; opening it, we finish the task “Tomb of the Traveler”. You can go back quickly; to do this, we slide along the rope straight to the cave leading to the main location.

Returning back, we climb the hill where Doctor Whitman is waiting for us, standing at the gate of some temple; to open the gate you will have to use a pickaxe, but before that it needs to be improved. To the left of the entrance to the temple there will be an extinguished fire; we set it on fire, thus opening the third camp in the game. Having improved the pickaxe, we return to the entrance to the temple and, together with Whitman, open it. But before that, using an improved pickaxe, you should open the chests, one at the previous camp, one not far from the entrance to the temple. In them you will find improvements for the bow.

Mountain Temple

Having passed through the gate, we move up the steps following Whitman until the next cut scene begins and you are taken prisoner. After control returns to you, immediately hide behind low shelters like small stone walls. When a couple of enemies with lanterns pass by, we sneak up the path to the next shelter. We wait until the enemies disperse to both sides, and then we begin to run forward to a small dilapidated shack in which we can hide. After waiting for the next patrol to pass, we move up the steps to the next shelter. After waiting for the enemies to leave, we run to the doorway into the burning building where Lara will hide for a while. After Lara is dragged outside, press the F button when a circle with an exclamation mark appears on the screen, thus hitting the enemy with your knee between the legs. After the circle appears a second time, press F again, this will be a bite on the ear. Next, having taken possession of the pistol, we shoot at the enemy (there was no particular sense in this), after which a fight follows where you will need to press the A and D buttons, and after the hand icon appears, the E button and at the end of the scene, when the pistol icon appears, you will need to shoot the enemy in the face .

Now, in addition to the bow, we also have an old pistol, after Lara comes to her senses, we move forward past the burning buildings, through a couple of small suspension bridges. Next, we will go up the steps until they start shooting at us, having received the cartridges, we open return fire, preferably aiming at the head. Having shot a couple of enemies, we search their corpses and select cartridges for the pistol, after which we go to the gate leading into the building, which we break open with a pickaxe. To get out of the building you need to break out the boards with which the hole in the wall is clogged, to do this we approach it and press F several times. On the street, we jump over the destroyed suspension bridge and then move up the path, picking up cartridges and arrows along the way. Having walked a little further forward, we shoot the lone enemy standing on the ledge, this must be done silently, so we shoot in the head with a bow. Not forgetting to search the corpse, we rise to the ledge where you can find some more cartridges. Turning right, we jump onto a wooden building which, unlike the others, is not on fire, climb along it to the right, and then climb up.

Having gone upstairs and hidden behind a box, we shoot a couple more enemies with well-aimed head shots (if you’re lucky), and then another one going down the rope ladder. Having replenished the ammunition and searched the troupes, we climb up the rope ladder. Having risen, we move forward, picking up ammunition and opening boxes with parts necessary for improvements. On the second floor of the first building you can find a cache. Having walked a little forward to the right of the small bridge, you can find a fire which will be the next camp; here you can distribute talent points, improve weapons and make a quick transition to camps opened earlier.

Before going further, crossing the bridge, we ford the stream to the right of the bridge; on the other bank you can find a small cave in which, in addition to a box with parts, there will be a document. And if you return to the rope ladder and go left along the path, you will get to a waterfall next to which there is a cave, and in it you can find a map of the area on which all the documents, artifacts and caches are indicated. Returning to the camp, we pass through the bridge up the road. There will be two enemies standing on the platform near the building, it’s better to deal with them quietly, if that doesn’t work out, then get ready for the arrival of reinforcements in the amount of two or three more people. Having dealt with the enemies and searched the corpses, you can continue moving up the steps, but before that you should turn right, walking a little forward and turning left you can find a second cache, as well as ammunition and spare parts. Returning back, we go up the steps, but halfway up the road we turn left. Having gone back, we will find a small building inside which you can find a chest that can be opened with a pickaxe, and after going down from the ledge you can shoot at the hanging lantern, which will begin the “Pyromania” test, during which, in the process of passing this section of the game, it is worth knocking down four more such lanterns. Here, along the log, you can return to the starting point of climbing the steps to the top.

Having gone upstairs, we will get to a building which you can get inside through the hole above the entrance. Inside, we select spare parts from the box and shoot at the next lamp to burn the debris blocking our path further. Having passed further, we begin to silently remove the patrolling enemies one by one, to do this we approach them from the back and by pressing F we eliminate the enemy by pressing E. I managed to remove the first two in this way, and the remaining enemies, rising higher, had to be dealt with using a bow or a pistol with a silencer. At the very top of the building we will come across enemies throwing Molotov cocktails. Having shot everyone, we jump over the gap to the place where the enemies were running out and after searching the troupes, we leave the burning building along a stretched cable by approaching it and pressing spacebar. Having landed before continuing to move, we go back and climb onto the ledge on the left. Walking a little forward on the second floor of the building, you can find an artifact - a green folding fan from the Edo period. You can also break another lamp for “Pyromania” on this building; next to the building you can set fire to a hanging bag from which a box with parts will fall out. And after going up the steps and going down from the ledge, jumping over the abyss, we find ourselves on a platform with another box, and from here you can shoot another lamp for “Pyromania” hanging on one of the buildings below.

Returning back to the place where Lara landed from the cable, we turn left and, going down the steps, we find another building, inside you can find an artifact - a goombay fan. From this building you can also find another lamp. By knocking it down, we will complete the “Pyromania” achievement. Returning to the landing site to the right of the path leading up, you can find another document. Having walked up the steps, we will reach a crevice in the rock along which Lara will need to climb up. When climbing, simply hold down the W key, and having climbed, we walk a little forward along the path, we hear the sounds of gunfire, after which we watch the next cut scene at the end of which you will need to go after the backpack dragged away by the wolves, but before that you should go to the fire and open the next camp.

mountain village

Leaving Rott unconscious in the camp, we go to the wolf cave to get a backpack. In front of us there will be a small village in the center of which there is a statue, in the hands of the statue is a bowl that needs to be set on fire with a torch, thus starting the “Illumination” test. Then you can run through the first floors of village buildings and collect ammunition and parts. After this, it’s worth climbing onto the canopy above the statue; to do this, we approach the ledge to the right of the canopy and jump onto it from a small two-wheeled cart. By jumping from the canopy onto the roof of the building on the left, you can find a cache, and if you jump from the canopy onto the box hanging on the right, you can get into a large building on the right side of the settlement. On the ground floor of which you can find a box with spare parts and an artifact - a silver flask. Climbing the stairs to the next floor you can find a document - an ancient manuscript, as well as a box with spare parts. You can also find spare parts on the top floor, and if you move to the rock ledge next to the house, you can find another cache there. Then we go down to the first floor again and through the door we go into a small courtyard with the wreckage of an airplane. Along the ledge on the left side, on which you can find another cache, we will get to the bow of the plane, and from there into the tail section.

Having got out and walking along the wing on the right side, you can find a box with spare parts, returning back we climb up the ledges, to where lightning struck the tree. From these ledges you can get to the top of the tail section of the plane, running along which we jump to the next ledge. Further up several more ledges we will reach the wolf cave. Before entering the cave, you can go right along the motto and from it go left into the water, there will be an entrance to a small cave, which will be indicated by rock paintings. Before the entrance you can find another cache, but in the cave itself you will need climbing equipment that you do not yet have. We return to the wolf cave and go inside, going to the end of the cave we take the contents of the backpack and head back to the exit. On the way back, Lara will be attacked by a wolf, who needs to be killed by pressing the buttons that appear on the screen, first press A and D in turn, then F, after E, and then F several times. After searching the corpse of the wolf, we leave the cave and head back to the camp where we left it Rotta. You can quickly go down using a tight rope.

We look at the scene in which Lara provides first aid to Rott, after which she receives an ice ax with which she can climb steep cliffs. The first step is to return to the wolf cave, although now you will have to do this by climbing steep rocks with an ice ax (sections of rocks suitable for climbing can be seen in the “survival instinct” mode, and to use the ice ax press E. Well, then everything is simple, according to the first along the slope we get to the wreckage of the plane, then along the ledges to the next steep cliff, having climbed along which you will need to jump to another part of the rock, to do this press the A + “space” button, and then immediately E to gain a foothold. Having climbed up, it’s worth visiting the cave next to the bridge in which we had already been but could not go further due to the lack of an ice ax. Having entered the cave we will open additional task"Tomb of the Despicable"

Tomb of the Scorned

In the cave you can find a camp, and after going a little further you can find the “tomb of the despicable” itself. Here another puzzle awaits us, not as difficult as in “Tomb of the Traveler”, but still...). in order to get to the treasure chest, you first need to light the torch, which went out when we passed the waterfall at the entrance to the tomb. To do this, we jump onto the platform with three suspended cocoons and before it sank under Lara’s weight, we jump from it to the next ledge. We light the torch from the lamp and again jump onto the platform with the cocoons, after which we set fire to all three. After burning the cocoons, the platform will rise and you will need to return to the entrance to the tomb, here you need to approach the metal cage that serves as a counterweight for the platform and push it down by pressing F, thus raising the platform a little higher. We return again to the platform where the cocoons were burned, now from it you can jump onto a part of the steep wall suitable for climbing with an ice ax. Having gone upstairs, we go a little forward where we will see another chest in which there will be a map of the “mountain village” with all the artifacts, caches and documents; all you have to do is press Tab and mark the desired place with a marker. To get out of the tomb, we go down to the entrance to the cave along the rope by approaching it and pressing the “space”, after passing through the cave we continue the main plot.

Returning to the wolf cave, we climb the slope to the right of the entrance, having climbed up, we see on the right side another slope suitable for climbing with an ice ax, but this time you need to jump on it by pressing “space” and catch on by pressing E. Having climbed up, we see three enemies, two in the room on the left and one in the building on the right. After waiting until the people disperse into the buildings, hiding from the storm, we shoot two of them with quick shots to the head (for example, from a pistol with a silencer). We go into the building on the left and search the corpses of the dead, after which we carefully remove the third enemy in the building opposite. We go to that room by jumping over a couple of cliffs; inside, in addition to searching the corpse, you can find a box with spare parts and a document lying on the table. Returning to the premises where the two enemies stood, we pass to a small wooden ledge from which we jump onto another steep wall along which we climb up using an ice ax.

In front of us there will be another statue in which you need to light a fire in your hands, we go to the right, jumping over a couple of cliffs to a lamp from which you can light a torch (a net with a box of spare parts will also be hung here), we return to the statue the same way and set fire to the second fire from the test "Illumination of statues." From the statue you can jump onto a box hanging on a rope, and from it to the second floor of the building where we destroyed two enemies, there will be an artifact on the table - a mortar and pestle). Going down you can find a box with spare parts suspended in a net, then we go into the building where one enemy was located, to the left of it there will be a slope suitable for climbing with an ice ax. Having climbed up, we will get to the place where the torch was set on fire, but before continuing the path, it is worth jumping onto the roof on the right side, here you can find another cache.

Returning to the place where the torch was lit, we jump from the cart onto another steep cliff along which we climb to a ledge from which we jump to the next slope along which we climb to the destroyed bridge. We run across the bridge that begins to fall apart and jump from it in slow motion to the next rock along which we climb up. Having walked a little forward and received instructions on the radio, we go down the a tight rope. After landing, Lara will be noticed by enemies, one of whom will shoot with a bow, the second will throw Molotov cocktails, and the third will try to attack melee. Having shot all the enemies, we go forward and set fire to the grid with a box in which you can find spare parts, and don’t forget to search the troupes. Having walked a little forward, we will reach a crevice in the mountain, after passing through which Lara will find herself in the next location, where she will almost immediately discover a new camp and begin to view recordings from the video camera that she carries with her.

*GLITCHY*

Latest testing with patch 1.03: Some collectibles may be glitchy, such as monoliths that are missing dig sites with hidden treasures. Artifacts often glitch and are not added to artifact collections, which can prevent you from obtaining the achievement “Dr.Croft / Doctor Croft ” and the progress tracker will be stuck at around 99%.For some players, the progress counter shows 100% on all maps, but the trophy has not opened.

To achieve 100% completion of Shadow of the Tomb Raider requires you to find 378 collectibles and complete 15 challenges (each challenge contains 4-5 objects, which total over 400 items).

None of them can be missed! You can come back for them after the story. After completing the game, go to the main menu and click on “Continue”. After completing the story, you will unlock base camps everywhere, including the village of Cozumel on the first map, which was impossible to return to during the story. Now let's clean everything up. Progress on collectibles and challenges is saved instantly, so you won't have to pick it up again if you die.

It is highly recommended to clear the game on low difficulty. You will be able to use Survival Instinct, which will highlight all collectibles around you. Keep pressing / to use Survival Instinct wherever you pass. Also keep an eye out for collectibles in crypts and tombs. Additionally, the game features Archivist Maps and Geographer's Backpacks, which show all other collectibles on the map (same as in Rise of the Tomb Raider).

Each region has its own collectibles counter. On the map of each location you can see how much you need to collect and how much has already been collected.

There are also some very useful skills in the Hunter (blue) skill tree. Buy these first:

  • Eagle's gaze: Displays artifacts, monoliths, treasure chests, archivist maps and geographer backpacks in Survival Instinct mode.
  • Owl wisdom: Highlights objects associated with challenges in Survival Instinct mode.
  • Owl vision: Survival Instinct lasts longer after Lara starts moving, highlighting enemies, resources, and objects on Jungle Child difficulty.

Collectibles Guides:

  • Video guides for all tests:
  • During the dream, when Lara is dreaming about her childhood in the Croft mansion, pick up the ball and throw it at the 4 targets. They are all hanging in plain sight in the garden (one target is hanging on a tree to the left of the other three targets).

  • Video guides to all Challenge Tombs:

Below is a description of all the collectibles in the game:

Base Camps: These are fast travel points where you can also acquire skills, upgrade weapons, and change costumes. They don't count toward 100% completion, but you should still activate them all.

Quest Givers/Side Quests: This side quests, which can be found in three main populated areas games: Kuvak-Yaku, Paititi, Mission of Saint Juan.

Challenges: These are more difficult to find, since they are not marked on Archivist maps and geographer backpacks. Each region has different challenges. After interacting with the first target, information about the challenge will appear on the map, but other challenge targets will not be marked. This is where the “Wisdom of the Owl” skill will come in handy, which highlights these objects in the Survival Instinct mode.

Artifacts: These are simple collectibles found inside small boxes. They are added to the artifact collection. They also give you a bit of knowledge of different languages to decipher monoliths.

Documentation: Simple items collectibles that look like pieces of paper, scrolls or letters. They also give you a bit of knowledge of different languages to decipher monoliths.

Frescoes: Human-sized stone statues that give you the knowledge of different languages to decipher the monoliths.

Survival Caches: Represents buried treasure. When they are nearby, you can find them by their slight shine. They contain crafting resources.

Monoliths: A tall rectangular stone that requires high level knowledge of languages (you gain knowledge from artifacts, documents and frescoes). After deciphering, it marks the area to search for treasure (point at the monolith on the map to display the search area), and also gives a hint in the form of a riddle. Then you need to dig up the treasure in the search area. Typically, such places contain valuable resources, such as the skins of rare animals.

Geographer's Satchels: Not needed for 100% completion, but will make it easier to find the items you need. Shows all crypts, treasure chests and survival caches on the map!

Archivist Cards: Not needed for 100% completion, but will make it easier to find the items you need. Shows all artifacts, frescoes, documents and monoliths on the map!

Crypts: These are like miniature versions of challenge tombs. These are small rooms with tests, where at the end a sarcophagus awaits you. In them you find parts of relic suits that can be restored in base camps!

Tombs: These are large tombs with a challenge. They are much more difficult than skels and are generally the most difficult puzzles in the game. Each tomb unlocks one skill. Watch video guides to the Challenge Tombs above.

Treasure Chest: These are locked chests that can be opened with a lockpick. Find out how to get master keys in the guide for the "Treasure Hunter" achievement.

You can filter items on the map by type. This hides all the chaos on the map and makes it easier to keep track of what you're still missing. Open the map and click on /, and then use the / button to click on the items that you need to keep or hide.

IMPORTANT: If your overall completion rate is around 99%, check your artifact collection and make sure you have them all! If you're stuck at 100%, there's a reason for it. Some artifacts are obtained from side quests, so you must complete them all too.

Where to find the missing artifact “Antique Knife” (artifact category “Pantheon”): If you only have 87% in the “Pantheon” artifact category, then most likely you are missing an Antique Knife. You can get it at side quest"Widow's Tears" in Paititi (mission with a murder investigation). It is buried in the ground behind the house where you must interrogate the maid who is locked behind bars (in the same house where the murder took place and traces of blood lead to a locked room with the maid). Usually the maid tells you about the knife during the quest and you need to dig it up. Some players had the quest glitch and were able to continue without digging up the knife. You can still dig it up in the same spot behind the house after completing the mission.
